I understand @bsky.app doesn't have much content to feed me (I'm tricky that way), but to feed me the Olympic hockey game posts a day after the loss - like a constant drip of crushed dreams.

The outcome of the game, should we win, will be a bonus. Like the women's hockey, a country coming together to share a moment is the biggest win ever!! 🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦

I know it's their national identity but I'm thinking it would be a great form of protest for American athletes to just ... not win. 'Winning', at all costs, got their country into this mess. (Credit to A Knight's Tale for this idea of self-sacrifice)

I had a dream where I was back in my childhood home. It was comforting and, when I woke up, the reminder that the world was easier and brighter hit me like a ton of bricks. Then I realized Epstein evil was happening at the same time. My Bluesky feed today reminded me of that. 💔💔💔

Buried my Dad yesterday. Was 'hosting' the family graveside gathering so kept my emotions very removed from everything. Am starting to feel the weight of it today. Am a little saddened I had to do it that way to get through it. Got through it though.

Watched a few eps of Man on the Inside (even though my Dad recently passed in a similar home) and I was surprised at how out to lunch it was - not one person said 'pardon?', 'what?', or 'huh?'! Pulls me out of the whole experience.

Can 'Man on the Inside' be watched after losing a loved one in a retirement home? I've heard the show is great but I might need time for my heart to heal.
