cecilily

Hey everyone, and welcome to bluesky!! 🦋 My name is cecilily, and I have a small YouTube channel where I like to talk about Pokémon, gender and a bit of politics. Drop me a follow if you're interested in that! ✨️

Its crazy how this video is going all over and no one tags me 😅 Like its elections and theres more important things Im not complaining any reach is great but who on earth is plocsocial 😅😅

Eu postei um vídeo curto lá no instagram e no TikTok, me ajuda a compartilhar <3 Insta: www.instagram.com/p/DeMSssrhauq/ TikTok: www.tiktok.com/@ccecilily/v...

I had two essays on the works but I'm low-key thinking about putting the entire channel on hold and spend the next three weeks doing short form content in portuguese about the brazilian elections 😬 I just need a solid analysis and a content plan first

if you RT this I will be super happy, thanks <3

The hacker was our current reigning winner, @thatarchiemerc.bsky.social who recruited these creators to figure out the cast for the Girly Pop Cup: Syndicate Smackdown, premiering October 2nd!

they grow up so fast, right?

I'm not sure if you know what's going on in the other website, but as usual -- terrible stuff. however, this news pertains the entire pokemon community so i made a short video on my secondary channel explaining Logan Paul's shiny hunting connection to an AI War Drone company youtu.be/ytoSk8EDAEQ

i love opening youtube studio drunk at the train back home on a friday night

NEW VIDEO AI invaded the Pokémon Community. From nuzlocke tools to VGC websites, the latest GPT release saw an explosion on AI-made fangames I talked to many developers and while it can be easier than ever to generate a game, this could mean the end for ROM hacking youtu.be/VBhtzgXMdtM

pokemon gotta catch em all (its you and me) I KNOW ITS MY DESTINY

a lot of very angry men are trying to hate on me in the other website but they end up writing some of the most rad compliments i've ever gotten

NEW VIDEO Frank-N-Furter is an alien transvestite, a word tied to transfemininity, yet he embodies everything trans women fear being seen as: violent, sexually aggressive, hairy, in fetish clothes. Seems like a transmisogynistic caricature but... why do I love him? youtu.be/NTR3OMxVzJg?...

"ok but, is rocky horror actually transphobic?" coming out later this week! and I wanna tease you with some caps :P

late night stream but I AM READY FOR THE GRAND FINAL OF POKEMON WORLDS live on youtube and on twitch! come watch together: youtube.com/live/QeOgq-0... www.twitch.tv/cecililystre...

1/3: Someone has been harassing me non-stop this past week to try to stop me from attending Worlds. They created tickets w/ Pokémon Support, accounts here, Instagram, Bluesky, YT & now they're emailing large creators their fake screenshots. Known accounts are listed in reply.

(content warning) posting it here because i don't want to make a big fuss of it, but I just got access to the fake support messages someone wrote using my contact email and this is so fucking exhausting like this is literally what its like trying to exist online as a trans person

hey do you wanna chill underwater at the bubbly basin mayhaps perhaps..... come join!!! live on youtube and twitch! www.youtube.com/watch?v=dxQD... www.twitch.tv/cecililystre...

Little channel update!

really scared this one might bomb because it's not pokemon and my follower base wont engage as much when its by far the video ive put the most effort in like ever please send me hugs

NEW VIDEO Since I moved to Berlin, I've been obsessed with how similar 2020s Berlin is to 1920s Berlin - art and culture booming, everyone is queer, trans people everywhere... and fascism is on the rise. What does that tell of our future? I think Cabaret might have the answer! youtu.be/dEFuJgS2Bj4

Cabaret video comes out tomorrow!! This is probably the most difficult video I ever wrote! I started it in September last year, and had to do a comprehensive rewriting of it after an attack happened on Berlin Pride, just a few meters away from me. I have a lot to say. I hope you enjoy it! <3

editing is fun and im very silly :3 new hour long essay next week hopefully!!

HAPPY SAFARI WEEK everyone! I KNOW I'M LATE TO THE PARTY, but I wanted to shiny hunt a little bit just to put our conversation up to date -- single console, full odds, very straightforward 😅 Live on YouTube and Twitch! www.youtube.com/watch?v=mCEr... www.twitch.tv/cecililystre...

if youre wondering why I'm late with this month's video essay it's because I'm singing songs about alien carnivore plants

if i had a penny for each trans youtuber with over a million subscribers i randomly ended up having a date with while on a trip abroad id have two pennies, which is not a lot, but, it's fu

Little cecilily channel update :)

I'm so proud, and it wouldn't have happened without the incredible stories from Maddie, to Shudo, to Himeno, to Wolfey, to the girls and the queers in the Pokémon Community, and even that weirdo who wrote about Chikorita online. But specially you, dear stranger online. Thanks 💛

heavily inpired by @cecilily.bsky.social newest video happy pride month heres transgender meowth #pokemon #pride

NEW VIDEO Maddie Blaustein was probably the first trans voice you ever heard. Voicing Meowth, she was inspired to transition by an episode of Pokémon. In "Go West, Young Meowth", Takeshi Shudo wrote the bittersweet story of her character as a "human stuck in a Pokémon's body" youtu.be/7nQ5BzPkOuE

im live right now trying to figure out whether mega raichu Y actually works or if X is just better in every conceivable way -- live on youtube and on twitch!! www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HFj... www.twitch.tv/cecililystre...

NEW VIDEO For Pride Month, I got together with a pro queer player toclimb the Pokémon Champions Ladder ONLY WITH QUEER-CODED POKÉMON 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🌈 With a team member for each letter of the LGBTQA acronym, how far do you think we made? youtu.be/l5ETAxUxOEo

im back from my trip and today we have a quick stream for Pokémon Pride! let's watch the nintendo direct together and try out a new pokémon champions team! live on youtube and on twitch: www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPsD... www.twitch.tv/cecililystre...
