One of my strongly held beliefs is that a lot of the most prolific people leading the charge into AI view the need to relate to other humans as a problem to solve.

Ok, so I'm messing about with react, cos I don't know anything about it, and it's so much easier to learn using llms. It's a different way of learning. I usually jump around trying to do my silly little ideas, and trying to do it in a tutorial is always frustrating

LLM just allows me to go from "how do I make a form element" to "how do I bind it to something", to "what does useEffect do". Traditional learning requires me to follow the tempo someone else thinks I should learn at, and that is so much more frustrating.

Ok yesterday's #adventofcode taught me a bit more about f# pattern matching. But demonstrated that there's a lot more to learn about type inference. I battled a lot to make sure the types were inferred correctly everywhere. Feels like I should have been able to specify types.
