Who remembers that first flip on the Flipboard iPad app? It was pure magic. That feeling is back, now reimagined for iPhone Duo. about.flipboard.com/inside-flipb...

This is my favorite painting right now. #abstractart

Excited to see two Forces For Good join, well...forces. Looking forward to seeing what comes next! Bravo!

You just added some different colors to a canvas!? Yeah, but I LOVED doing it & I LOVE how it looks 😊 There are techniques & ways to do it "right," but what I love most about abstract art is that I don't have to play by the rules. I let my feelings guide me and I Do What I Want! #abstractart

Our first-ever federated quickpost! I'm so excited about what's to come with this. Thanks to @surf.social and @mmccue.bsky.social for wiring this all up with us!

Working on a new painting. This one was originally painted last year as an abstract landscape, but it never quite worked for me 100%. Now we're getting there. Fresh eyes, new perspective 🙂 What do you think? #abstractart #artiststudio #artinspiration #santacruz

I was interviewed for my day job, but got the opportunity to talk about my passion job, and how I got started. Little nod at the end to a painter that inspires me, kinda unavoidable when his art fills the background of the video 😄 #abstractart #artiststudio #artistlife

I took a break from painting last couple of months, but as the holidays hit, so did inspiration. With Geese on repeat, I dove in. I like where things are going. I'm excited to show you more new work soon. Just gotta trust the process till we get there. #abstractart #artstudio #santacruzmountains

A crazy painting. Bonus, you get 10,000 layers of paint underneath you can't see 🙈 #abstractart

On the wall. #abstractart

New painting. I'm really happy about how this one turned out. Had fun creating the moody background, then adding just the right amount of crazy on top. Feels like the recipe for Life. Also, puppy approved 🐶 #abstractart #artstudio #art #abstractexpressionism

Gus approves of this painting. #abstractart #artexhibition #artiststudio

I like to work in pairs or series. Sometimes as a diptych, but often just joined by a similar theme. When I get the palette tuned in, the compositions settling in my head, why stop with one? #abstractart #abstractexpressionism #diptych #artstudio #abstractpainting #santacruz #artist

SEBRA. A little Sea Horse. I knew the title, before i knew the painting. I like to play with colors, the interplay of the light brown & pink, the zebra motif. I like the serendipty of scraping and throwing colors, creating a map as I go. #abstractart #abstractexpressionism #artstudio #santacruz
