Things I want to learn - start screen -pause function - power ups -hud -scoring system - lives system - boss fight

Youd think making a start screen or pause function in a game would be simple but it definitely is not. Wow. This is gonna take a while.

Making a tiny bit of progress. Added some special effects for thrusters and the weapon animations. Added an asteroid. A bit stumped on making a pause function of all things but ill figure it out
