5 years. Since 2020 I've been learning design, websites, marketing, and digital products. Today my analytics still says: "0 sales." Not giving up. One day this screenshot will become part of the success story.

Question for founders: What was the first thing that actually moved the needle for you? - Content? - SEO? - Social media? - Communities? - Paid ads? I'm trying to solve the distribution puzzle and would love to hear your experience.

Day 7 lesson: The internet doesn't reward effort. It rewards visibility. Nobody cares how many hours you spent building. They care if they can find what you built.

Since 2020 I've been chasing one goal: Build something online that creates value for people. I've learned design, websites, marketing, and digital products. Still not where I want to be. But I'm closer than I was 5 years ago.

A week ago I thought launching was the hard part. Now I think distribution is harder. You can spend weeks building something useful. Then discover nobody knows it exists. That's the game I'm learning.

Day 7 of building in public. Traffic so far: - Product Hunt: failed - Bluesky: 10 visitors - Revenue: $0 Most people only share the wins. I'm sharing the reality. Still building. Still learning. Still shipping.

Day 6 My goal isn't to go viral. My goal is to publish every day until one post does. One article. One product. One lesson. Repeat. Day 6 of building in public. 🚀

Day 6 Since 2020 I've been learning: • Design • Websites • Marketing • Digital products The biggest lesson? Skills don't automatically create customers. Attention does. That's what I'm focused on learning now.

Most people quit after a failed launch. I'm treating mine as market research. Every failed launch teaches: - Better positioning - Better distribution - Better storytelling Day 6. Still building. Still learning. Still shipping.

I spent weeks building 500+ Notion templates. The hard part wasn't building. The hard part was getting people to know it exists. Building is optional. Distribution is mandatory. That's the lesson I'm learning in public.

Day 6 of building a digital product business from $0. Reality check: - Product Hunt launch failed - No viral moment - No overnight success But I'm still here. Today I'm writing, posting, learning distribution, and improving the product. The goal isn't one lucky day. The goal is consistency.

I spent months building 500+ Notion templates. Then I learned a hard lesson: A great product doesn't sell itself. People have to discover it first. Day 5 of figuring out distribution, marketing, and attention. The journey continues.

Day 5 update. Launched my Notion template bundle on Product Hunt. Result? No breakthrough. No flood of sales. But I learned something important: Building the product was easier than getting people to see it. Back to distribution. Back to learning. Back to building. 🚀

I'm 21. East Africa. No team. No money. Just launched 500+ Notion templates on Product Hunt. Every person who upvotes today — I'm sending you the full bundle FREE. Personally. Not a bot. Not automation. Me. 🙏 👉 www.producthunt.com/posts/notion...

To everyone who upvotes my Product Hunt launch today 🙏 I will personally send you all 500+ Notion templates completely FREE. DM me your email after upvoting. This is my promise. 🌍 👉 www.producthunt.com/posts/notion...

Day 3 of building a digital product business from $0. No sales yet. But 3 days ago, nobody knew my product existed. Today: • Launching on new platforms • Talking to potential customers • Learning every day Most people quit before momentum starts. I'm staying consistent. Onward. 🚀

Everyone online says: "Build an audience first." "Get 10k followers before selling." "Wait until you're ready." I disagree. Ship first. Figure it out publicly. Day 2 of proving them wrong. 👀

3 Notion templates every student needs: → Semester planner → Assignment tracker → Daily focus dashboard Spent my entire university holiday building these and 497 more. Which one would you use first? 👇

Day 2 stats: Templates: 500+ Sales: $0 Followers: 9 Posts made: Getting there Times I wanted to quit: Once Times I actually quit: Zero See you on Day 3. 🔒

Day 2 lesson: Building in public is uncomfortable. Posting to nobody feels pointless. Silence after every post is brutal. Doubt creeps in faster than expected. But day 2 is exactly where most people quit. That's exactly why I won't. 💪

28 hours ago I published 500+ Notion templates. Since then: → $0 earned → 0 sales → 9 followers Am I discouraged? Honestly? A little. Am I stopping? Absolutely not. Day 2. 👊

Day 2. Still $0. Still 7 followers. Still here. Most people quit on day 2. I'm not most people. 🔒 shorturl.at/z6IgF

Me 3 months ago: "I'll just make a few Notion templates" Me today: 500+ templates, a Gumroad page, and zero clue what I'm doing 😭 Day 1. Let's go. shorturl.at/z6IgF

The Notion mistake everyone makes: Building complicated systems they never actually use. The best template is the one you open every morning without thinking. Simple always wins. Built 500 templates around this one principle. shorturl.at/z6IgF

Day 1. 500+ Notion templates. $0 in sales. 0 followers. I'm documenting everything publicly. This either works or becomes the most expensive lesson of my summer. 👀 shorturl.at/z6IgF

I'm 21. Instead of spending my university holidays gaming all day, I'm trying to build a digital product business. My goal: $0 → $1,000 online. I'm starting with a collection of 500+ Notion templates. No audience. No ads. No investors. Just consistency. Day 1. Follow my journey.
