If we ignore Folie à Deux, the current #Batman Cinematic Universe is crazy. Joker, The Penguin, now Clayface. I think that's how you can beat Marvel. Do a villain series. Let's ignore Batman and only make shows/films about these amazing, undeserved villains; Mr. Freeze, Ventriloquist, Croc, etc.

#Clayface is everything 13 year old me wanted from a Rated R Clayface movie: Butt and boobs, disgusting body horror, mob violence, identity paralysis, science run amok... everything. I swore back then (circa Batman Forever) we could not do Clayface until CGI was good enough.

Just got out of #Digger and boooyyyyy it was great. I still think I like #Birdman better, but if youre looking for "Don't Look Up" style satire with incredible acting by John Goodman and Tom Cruise, please see this! It takes you on a wild ride. It felt like Innaritu channeled a bit of Wes Anderson.

Saw #HeartoftheBeast last night. The dogs that played Odin should win some special award. What a great performance. Brad Pitt was fantastic at being just the unluckiest guy of 2026. It was quite emotional, a solid buddy story. The dog doesnt die which was why I hesitated at first. 8/10

Ah, had a bad dream last night. So I guess today will be a down day. Not a nightmare, but seeing a person who i am no longer friends with. Sometimes it doesnt matter how much you push someone out, they reappear when you dont expect it, subconsciously.

Damn. If youre going to see #Avengers Encore you gotta stay to the very last frame of the very last credit. This movie is a full 3.5 hours. It definitely sets up #Doomsday and now there's a much better picture of whats going to happen. Let the hype begin!

Spending some of my day at #TokyoX in Houston. Truly a special day as we will be blessed by Masako Nozawa, who is the first and only Japanese voice of #Goku. She is celebrating her 90th birthday as well. I cant miss this interview!

Whew baby #Showtime Robert Pattinson continues his flawless streak of amazing movies. How intense. Follows the Predator show from dateline special to the moment everyone knew it was over. Also had surprising subplot of the people used as "decoy children". That was fascinating!

Played a whole lot of #Stepmaniax last night. Very fun, still trying to get my stamina back after long hiatus. I still have to make sure I can call myself a dance gamer!

Just heard a commercial (Texas) that said "James Talarico is for they/them, not you." Thats so obnoxious. That's the worst attack ad the right has against this gentleman? Pronouns that everyone has and uses. Im voting for him and I hope he wins. Texas needs to escape this 30 year chokehold.

Id like to thank #Capcom and #Columbia films for having the faith to pivot from an action franchise to comedy-horror. It works so well. The zombies arent just fodder, there's space for emotional development, and it still revels in the absurdity of the setup. 9/10.

Mr. Creggar does it again! #ResidentEvil is an excellent reinterpretation of the franchise, keeping the setting and the enemies but forming a new experience from the eyes of an innocent person rather than any of the main characters from the games. Austin Abrams is as hapless as you can get.

Day 3 of early wakeup for work and even with sleep its tough. Cant wait for this week to be over and return to normal life!

Oh wow

If #TheUprising had normal camerawork it would be an easy 8 or 8.5. But the shaking and random zooming is so distracting its actually detrimental to the story being told. Thats why I give it a 6.

The camera was shaking for no fucking reason at all. Not regular "we are following the hero through the forest" which is understandable. No. Extra fucking super shaky while we are standing in one place. Comedic levels of shaky that takes you out of the immersion. Like the director has a fetish!

I loved almost everything about the Uprising: the Elden Ring Inspired music, Andrew Garfields performance, the setting and dirtiness of it all. However I would be the happiest man on earth if the shaky cam effect died the most horrible death imaginable. Film almost UNWATCHABLE because of it. 6/10

I just wanted to pass 60M. Whether this film is an outlier or not (I hope its not), im just happy it came to see the light of day. I want the Looney Tunes to thrive still.

Looking forward to this next slate of movies coming oit #ResidentEvil for sure, #TheUprising and #Hope whiach are out already. And #ForgottenIsland because I can relate to losing a very best friend and wish to cry at an animated movie.

So #Fanexpo Dallas was super fun. Ate some great food, saw a lot of great cosplays, and even saw the late great Peter Cullens memorial #RIP. The fun was had, now the work begins.
