I remember dating this guy in my early 20’s and I saw he had a book on how to communicate. When I was younger I didn’t understand it…. But the older I get, I see how necessary it is for everyone to be able to communicate effectively.

Setting myself up for success to not have to leave other than my workout…. And just study. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are in the house. But by the evening I may want to get out and enjoy the night.

I can’t stand short answers in conversations. lol so I overstand!

I’m excited about tomorrow. Finally a day in the week I can just breathe and focus on me. Workout and then studying the whole day until the evening more than likely.

Ohh I will try them both! I tried both of the strawberries and cream but kept buying zero sugar. The only difference was the I thought zero sugar was a tad flat but still had a great taste.

Go for it friend! I tried during the pandemic. So I ended up coming back and paying the people. I bought a gel light and all. Lol
