I worked extremely hard for every single follower over on Facebook. But Meta keeps finding new and “creative” ways to stifle, suppress, or strangle small creators. So, I’m shifting my focus to building up my Patreon community.

It is overwhelming and terrifying, and honestly feels a lot like I’m staring over. But I cannot sit idly by and let Meta keep treating us like this. Maybe someday I’ll have 1,000 followers on Patreon. I hope so. But until then, I’m doing whatever I can to survive as an indie author.

Kids need/deserve traumatic films. Films that show death or lasting consequences that aren't resolved almost instantly. Fear, anger, grief and frustration should be part of kids movies.
