My second read of this book. I loved the protagonist the first time I read this. Now I remember why I have an allergic reaction to branded clothes. No Logos! Pattern Recognition by William Gibson #bskybooks

Monster fishing vessels are hoovering up whole ecosystems in UK waters that are supposed to be protected. I just signed a petition calling on the new government to save our seas from destructive fishing, by banning supertrawlers in UK Marine Protected Areas. Will you join me? act.gp/44M8iQA

act.gpA landmark victory for our oceans: the Global Ocean Treaty comes to life - Greenpeace UKThe Global Ocean Treaty is finally coming into force, after more than sixty countries officially ratified it.

This was a really fascinating book. It uses archaeology and the latest forensic evidence to tell a story about the lives and travels of the Sea farers we have come to know as the Vikings. River King's by Cat Jarman. #bskybooks

Hey! Hope you’re doing well! I just signed Greenpeace’s pledge to tell Trump: Hands Off Our Ocean. Deep sea mining would bring toxic pollution, deafening noise, and irreversible harm to one of the last untouched places on Earth. We can still stop it – will you sign too? act.gp/3TGdxyc

I finished this book today. I didn't realise this was the original version after seeing a film adaptation on Netflix. Of course it's nothing like the book. Putting in an order for the next book in the Southern Reach Series #bskybooks

💥 70,000 signatures! 💥 ...and the petition closes on June 8th. Imagine if we can get it over 100,000 before then - and open a Parliamentary debate in time for the 10th anniversary of the Brexit vote on June 23rd 2026. That'd be powerful. All hands to the pump! Sign and share, share, share! 👇

Cordelia would probably have scanned the cover as the professional paperback sleuth. Here's a photo instead. Death In Fine Condition is an excellent and funny book by Andrew Cartmell. #bskybooks
