My tv tends to become stuck on MSNBC. I hang on every word by Timothy Snyder, Rachel Meadow, Jen Psaki. Too bad a few "light weights" who simply can't cut it- meaning questionable knowledge and analytic skills. You know who I mean.

That's it, folks! When the power brokers get together to figure out how to derail the mayoral election, it is time for NYC voters to show up and let them know where the power really is! Do not be deterred! KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE PRIZE!

Senator Eric Schmitt (R-MO): “What is an American? It is a white person. America is a white homeland that organically binds together white people of the past, present and future." This is sickening, and needs to be condemned in the STRONGEST terms. EVERY Republican should be made to answer for it.

I hope you find my new book helpful for understanding the time we’re in, how we combat the bullies, and why I believe so passionately that we will succeed. Here's a bit more on why I wrote it.

A federal judge has ordered Florida to shut down "Alligator Alcatraz," after the state spent a staggering $218M to build the now-vacant detention camp. Closing it will run taxpayers another $20M. An utterly cruel and costly waste.

Remember: If we allow ourselves to fall into fatalism, or wallow in disappointment, or become resigned to what is rather than what should be, we will lose the long game. The greatest enemy of positive social change is cynicism about what can be changed.

Mamdani on Cuomo "conspiring" with Trump: "It is time for us to make clear that what this city deserves is a mayor who when he sees Donald Trump attacking the people of this city will stand up and fight back against that vision, who will not get on the phone with the architect of that vision."

Why is it so difficult to understand the difference between defunding the police department and reforming it. I believe all Mandani is trying to say is that there are many situations where the police should be supported by the expertise of a social worker.
