So it’s now Tuesday which means it’s been almost a week since every morning I wake up thinking about YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING and every night I fall asleep thinking about it, and so I must ask: will this stop and do I want it to

It’s unfortunate that postpartum depression only sees the light of day in our public discourse via tragic stories like Lindsay Clancy and Hayden Panettiere. I’m committing to talk about it more with anyone who will listen, and we all should.

My favorite thing about this match is that it’s touted as being in “New York New Jersey” because we couldn’t possibly just say more accurately “New Jersey” nor “New Jersey New York”

i have never seen someone as clearly vacant behind the eyes as tuberville. there is nothing going on in there. if the electrons are firing they are moving through molasses

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Tuberville: "We probably have four or five senators that didn't legally win. They shouldn't be up here."

Reports say he was threatening to jump off a bridge and officers talked with him for about an hour (to convince him not to). Then they took his life. He was fucking 17. Suicidal. A kid who needed help. He wasn’t white. He wasn’t born in America. The cops have put out no statement.

Police claim that a 17-year-old suicidal boy with a knife was a threat to them, and they (as in more than one officer) shot him. Oscar Granados Colindres was his name. ag.ny.gov/press-releas...

If you haven’t heard, my hometown of Corpus Christi, which frequently angers me at how much it panders to corporate greed at the expense of people’s health and wellbeing, is on the verge of a crisis the US has yet to witness in modern times. Cool. futurism.com/science-ener...

It is impressive that a) grassley is still alive b) someone’s POV = Ted Cruz would be good at a job that gives him power and public visibility until essentially death

Bloomberg Law@bloomberglaw.com

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said the panel would be “fully prepared” to vet a Supreme Court nominee should there be a retirement at the end of the term, and would recommend that either Ted Cruz (R-Texas) or Mike Lee (R-Utah) get the nomination.

Show me the safety data of being within 10 feet of a shirtless Kid Rock

The Washington Post@washingtonpost.com

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. declared war on Dunkin’ Donuts. “We’re going to ask Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks, ‘Show us the safety data that show that it’s okay for a teenage girl to drink an iced coffee with 115 grams of sugar,’” the health secretary said.

Climate change? Yes. Racism and the rise of global fascism? Definitely. Reproductive freedom as a human right? Of course. But let’s nip it all in the bud. We must cure and prevent dumbassery

If some of this shit were as easy to access in the past decade as all of the garbage mis and dis info out there — would it be as bad right now?

I understand the cost of doing business and the plight of profitable local and regional news rooms — but there is still something that irks me about the fact that the highest quality news and info in this country lives behind a paywall that all the dumbasses who really need it will never cross
