R is working on getting Jason MahMowa up and running so I can cut the grass before it gets too cold. 😂 Poor Husqvarna has been sitting for 3 years and it's only 3.5 years old. I honestly can't wait to get it running and just have time to mow and do a property check and be outside.

Just called a local rifle and pistol club to get info about becoming a member so I can use their range. They were suggested b/c they have a very active women's group. I loved and was good at skeet shooting so I can't wait to see what I can do with a rifle or pistol.

MAK is learning to play with Morti. He's scared of her but she wants to play so she runs up to him, taps him and runs away trying to get him to chase. He doesn't understand the aggression. 🤣

Browned off some stew meat and threw it in the slow cooker with chunky sliced carrots and onions for beef stew. I forgot to buy potatoes so all I have is canned potatoes I use for homefries. I'll toss a can in about 10 minutes before I want to eat, just to heat them through.

Having a rough morning. Thinking about mom a lot. Making myself an apple bundt cake to try to eat my feelings. Glad it's only me eating it - I think I cried in the batter. 😭

This painting has been in mom's sunroom for at least 10 years. I don't know if she painted it, I do know she made comments about it looking unfinished. I don't like it. I think I'm going to separate the canvases and pour paint them with similar colors.

And I had to shut it down. it's too hot in here. That's a good sign. I'll kick a radiator space heater on low for the cats in the living room. I don't run heat in the bedroom, I have an electric mattress cover that's been here in storage for 3 yrs.

I'm thinking tomorrow is going to be a sunny but chilly day so I'm going to haul the tent out front and try to sell some crochet. The worst that happens is I spend the mid-morning/ early afternoon sitting in the sun crocheting - the best is - I sell some fucking crochet.
