It's nice to log into tumblr once every couple of months and find that someone has said something nice about something I made. Thank you, tumblr user cat-mermaid!

For context. This is an Eegra Hilarity Comic from May 2008, but Tim the nonspecifically unfortunate work experience kid was a character carried over from Total Gamer. It was great putting shit like this into an actual print magazine you could buy in newsagents and supermarkets.

Youtube commenters, journalists, etc. are asking me where I got the idea to write a comedy list song on a nerdy topic to the tune of the Major-General's Song from Pirates of Penzance, and I just wanna give thanks to Christ Jesus, all things are created through Him and for Him 🙏

"But a toad's gotta have a mistress, doesn't he?" is one of many comedically perfect Kuppermanisms that never fail to make me laugh, whether it's from reading the comic again or having it just drift into my mind in idle moments.

The other day, in a facebook messenger conversation, I had five (5) unread messages, each one a single, short sentence. Of course I had read them all before even noticing the prompt, "6 unread messages. Summarise with Meta AI".

WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING AI SUMMARIZE AN EMAIL BEFORE I EVEN READ IT!!! I CAN READ MY OWN DAMN EMAILS!!!

Includes, as a bonus, some happily ignorant musings about the state of the videogames industry, set to lonely, wintry footage which you can decide for yourself the appropriateness of.

This is a fun book, and if you can get it in physical form, you should.

I got a mystery package and was wondering what book it was… It was mine!!! That sexy bear! Finished Book proof.

'Founder' isn't a job. Don't call dickheads this in your article. Look at all these founders, om nom how many of their yummy scrotums can I fit in my mouth and choke on, om om om gargle gargle

"Stocks" could be the stock market but is also a type of flower; likewise the "field" might be the field of business or simply the meadow we see — hence the "common scents" pun. As for "sealed lips", does this imply wisdom that cannot be conveyed in mere words...

Business haiku. From Sons of Comtec by Ben Hutchings, Patrick Alexander, and Jesus Christ. #haiku

...or are there, at this point in the narrative, certain lips that might be sealed in a straightforwardly literal, yet unexpected way? Please read 'Sons of Comtec', as soon as you can manage it, to find out.

The book has many innovations. Near the start, we included a sort of 'front index' to let people know what bits are in the book and which pages the bits are on. A canny reader, having purchased the book, can avoid reading it entirely if they realise no bits interest them. Quite a time saver.

Reminding myself to play this later

"The Bridge", my short, arcade-y, tower-defense-like is now up on @itch.io for anyone to play; foolhardygames.itch.io/the-bridge Use your limited crew of three to defend against an ever encroaching enemy until the infernal BRIDGE can be destroyed! #pico8 #gamedev

You might sneer, but that thumb is jammed firmly up God's anal hole, drawing power and blessings from him. That, and his choice of reading, are clear signs that this young go-getter is bound for success, due to being on the road to success. (God is everywhere and invisible.)
