I found out how to create really strange image corruption convert a jpeg to Progressive instead of Baseline (`magick skircle.jpg -interlace Plane skirkle2.jpg`), and corrupt early on but not early to the point that it gives the same effect as other jpegs. it will create this strange effect easily
