Good. Israel held a rave next to an open air prison and it's been proven most of the Israeli casualties were from Israeli forces firing into the crowd. And that had already been the deadliest year for Israelis killing Palestinians so treating it like anything but retaliation is stupid.

The result of this initiative will be either health insurers leaving California if regulators cap health insurance rates or charging California customers higher premiums/copays to compensate for the drastically higher cost of doing business. Either way, the outcome will not be positive.
