Yet another sloppy effort by the Whitecaps tonight in Colorado. I’m concerned about how Sorensen is coaching this team going into the playoffs.

Look, I know the Canucks tanking is the name of the game this season, but games like this are really hard to watch.

Well, finished the Carrie series and it was okay. It was really dragged out and the final episode was an unnecessary mess, but overall a good binge.

5 episodes into the Carrie series and it’s pretty good, but it’s getting really long. I mean I hate the Chris girl character after the first episode. Didn’t need 20 more reasons to hate her more.

5 minutes in and the iPhone Duo delivery window has already moved to late November and my local stores no longer have pickup slots.

Not a good ending for the Canucks tonight, but still a decent effort. They showed a lot of good habits and were able to play against the Panthers system for good stretches of the game. But they gave up a lot of shots and you can’t do that against contenders. A good learning experience for the team.

A lot of empty seats in Sunrise. For a contender, they’re not getting many fans on a weeknight.

Here is my uninformed and speculative take on the Canucks. Manny is taking a long term approach to building up this team. Right now, he’s just getting the team to play offence and try to score in different situations and against different teams. Defence is a system they will work on later.

Would have been nice to see the Canucks play better defensively. Getting 7 against is rough. But it was good to see DeBrusk net 2 and EP40 with 2 more points on the season.

Something tells me this Canucks/Hurricanes game isn’t going to be like the Canucks/Oilers game

Tonight the Canucks are remembering they are supposed to be losing.

I don’t know about the rest of Whitecaps nation out there, but I think Jesper Sorensen is failing this club right now. He’s lost control of the season.

Canucks lose the game, but damn, they sure as hell did not fail to entertain. They avoided a blow out and really gave EDM something to think about on their flight home.

It’s going to be interesting to see the Oilers play a team not called the Canucks. They’ve given up 12 goals in 2 games against the worst team in the league. Imagine them playing a team like the Avs or VGK. I’d be worried if I were an EDM fan.
