Mountains of shame on Shari Redstone and everyone else involved here trying to settle such a ridiculous and baseless legal action. They’re so poor, all they have is money and they will eventually pay the price for their grotesque behavior.

Bill Owens, executive producer of “60 Minutes”, resigns: “I would not be allowed to run the show as I have always run it, to make independent decisions based on what was right for ‘60 Minutes’, right for the audience.” We’re falling into fascism. — Deeper and deeper.

Everyone's got a hot take on the infamous Shopify memo… and most of them are missing the point. It's not about replacing employees. It's about waking them up. You can’t wait this one out.

That's not a joke. Those folks are real... and everywhere. And let's be honest: if they haven't caught up to 2012, they're definitely not using AI or LLMs to get things done in 2025. This isn't about age. It's about mindset. Comfort. Complacency.

You've probably worked with someone who… - Still can't figure out Slack. - Thinks "the cloud" is a scam. - Needs a meeting before the meeting about the meeting. - Has never Googled their way out of a problem. - Can't use half the tools the rest of the team relies on.

More importantly, they now have a conflict of interest if anyone wants to sue the administration.

Product marketers and copywriters often talk about “the hook”. But never disclose the real secret: “the bait”. 🎣 In today’s “attention economy” you have to have something that gets their attention. And that’s the problem. No, I literally mean “the problem”.

If you aren’t highlighting a PROBLEM (with a capital P) that you intend to solve at the very top of your messaging framework, you might be fishing without bait.

This is such an important read. If you aren’t against them, you might find yourself for them.

In addition to defying the Supreme Court ("John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!")… Trump’ hero, Andrew Jackson also fancied himself a real estate developer. Trump erected his portrait in the oval both terms right across from the resolute desk. It all makes sense.

So many people in marketing are currently getting an F- You can get from 0% to 40% so much faster with AI. And even to 60% with refinement prompts. The problem is that some folks are shipping the 40% version. Hence the F-
