Minneapolis is waging a war against fascism. What happens there will set the stage for how they handle the rest of the country. I hope it's costly for them. This is the start of something. Do not give up. These are free Americans they are terrorizing. They can't get away with this.

We live in a world of individually constructed realities. Plato's cave was never wrong. The most successful leaders in the world of tomorrow will be those who can best manipulate the people's reality construction algorithm.

"Being Anti-MAGA is not just a Left wing cause. It’s a pro constitution cause. It’s a pro law and order cause. It’s a pro-accountability cause. Perfectly in line with centrists, anti-Trump conservatives and liberals." ~u/Isaacleroy

Guys, were dealing with fascists here. They don't care about the law, they don't care about legality, they don't care about the truth. They just want power. Right now the Fascists are running the show. Democracy needs to learn to fight dirty, or our entire history as a nation was all for nothing.

Democracy has been co-opted - the system is no longer "for the people." The rich are protected by the law but not bound by it. The poor are bound by the law but not protected by it. This is oligarchy.

I'm tired of old rich motherfuckers telling me not to worry that my retirement savings are going up in smoke. You fuckers had a whole lifetime to build up your nest eggs and now we're supposed to be happy you're burning it all down? Fuck billionaires. What else could you people possibly want?

The algorithms are fucking us. Through our YouTube feeds, Tiktok scrolls, to our Google search results. Each of us is fed a separate reality. The architects of these programs only need to push the needle in one direction or the other to get us to do whatever they want.

"When wealth is passed off as merit, bad luck is seen as bad character. This is how ideologues justify punishing the sick and the poor. But poverty is neither a crime nor a character flaw. Stigmatize those who let people die, not those who struggle to live."

When I asked here earlier who the leader of the Dems was in 2017-2020, I got a whole range of answers. I find that comforting - we were able to win then without a single person at front because we *all* stepped up to the front.

Teachers teach. We need a leaderful movement, and there are leaders all around us.

You are up to date.
