Hegseth’s staff broke Eisenhower’s globe. The symbolism is too much to bear. (And of course, they ignored the TRAINED EXPERTS WHO HANDLE HISTORICAL ITEMS. Because EDUCATION? EXPERTISE? WHO NEEDS IT?….im going to get some coffee…)

The threat of streaming the execution accomplished its purpose. The fact that they were *willing* to do it was a performance of brutality meant to impress and scare us. But…it made people angry. Intensified opposition. Their threats are motivating people to fight harder.

The CDC just re-opened a previously shelved study that would withhold the hepatitis B vaccine from children in Guinea-Bissau, despite decades of evidence showing it is safe and effective. This is a violation of human rights, using “science” to harm some of the most vulnerable people in the world.
