"Jack White Announces Death of Older Brother" - I assumed this meant he has a new surprise release on the way called Death of Older Brother, but nope, his older brother died.

My galaxy brain use of a time machine would be to go back to 1998 and make Gary miss a random kick in, say, Week 5, then nobody gives his season a second thought and the pressure is off during the playoffs.

This felt uncalled for

R.I.P. Tom Skerritt, gone at the ripe old age of 93. I think all the time about his final monologue to Jodie Foster in CONTACT, about the fairness of the world in which we live.

Thank you, Tom. RIP

The absolute best case scenario for the Vikings is to get to the NFC Championship Game and get absolutely stomped by San Francisco, and there would be no shame in that. The 49ers are just universes better.

He may actually never play again, which would be the right move for his health, but man...

Eagles QB Jalen Hurts, who is out for the season after several blood clots were revealed in his lungs. Before the London game, Hurts was in the hospital until 4 am and did not sleep because sleep was a risk. He played the game without having slept. Crazy.

If you're in the target audience for You Can See Everything, please make an effort to see it this weekend, and with as little outside knowledge as possible. This is a real lightning in a bottle moment, and the effort I took to see it today was completely worth it.

Brewers/Rays would actually be the fourth all-expansion WS (2015, 2019, 2023) while both clubs are seeking their first title. Brewers and Guardians, meanwhile, have the two longest title droughts in baseball.

No World Series rematch has ever involved an expansion team - the Rays would be the first if they play the Dodgers. Rays/Brewers would be the third all-expansion World Series ever, and the first since 1980 featuring two teams searching for their first title.
