If you've supported 50501 Cincy, thank you. If you've protested with us, organized with us, shared our calls to action, or simply stood beside us: you're part of this story. Cincinnati RISES is the next chapter—not a departure from what came before.

We're still here organizing & showing up. When the call comes to take to the streets again, Cincinnati RISES will be there & we hope you will too. Until then, keep looking out for your neighbors. Keep building community. Keep speaking up. The name is new. The fight for democracy continues.

50501 Cincy is now Cincinnati RISES. The short version: the name changes. The people & the mission don't. The organizers you know & love are still here. We're still focused on the same issues, still working alongside other organizations, & still committed to being good partners in our community.

We're transitioning to new email & social accounts reflecting the Cincinnati RISES name. We'll retain access to our existing accounts for the foreseeable future, so please give us grace while we make the transition.

Since that first day, the coalition has grown—& so has the number of people willing to organize, speak out & stand together. 50501 has mobilized millions & builds a network of groups & volunteers. People who haven't organized before stepped up. They found their voices, community & kept showing up.

50501 Cincy was there for that first protest in Feb. 2025, & we've grown steadily ever since. But there's something important to understand: 50501 chapters are independent entities. There is no centralized power structure or hierarchy connecting chapters. So, to avoid confusion, we're rebranding.

The 50501 Movement was born on February 5, 2025, as a decentralized rapid response to the anti-democratic, illegal, & overreaching actions of the Trump administration & its allies. The idea was simple: 50 protests, in 50 states, on 1 day. People saw the call on social media—& made it happen.

Within days, regular people organized more than 80 peaceful protests across all 50 states. No budget. No centralized structure. No leadership team. No official backing. No permission. Just people deciding they weren't going to sit quietly while power was being consolidated around them.

🎨 Calling all artists! 50501 Cincy is accepting submissions for our All of Us Art Slam. We're looking for photography, videography, digital art, physical art, and written work exploring questions like: • What does it mean to be an American?
• What does community mean to you?

All of Us celebrates the America we want to build while acknowledging the work still ahead. We aim to repair our history—not erase it—& create a country that welcomes & celebrates all of us. Selected work may be featured on socials, newsletter, printed materials, & potentially an in-person event.

All of Us by 50501 Cincy will be a summer long digital campaign & possibly in person later in the year. To be respectful of all the Pride events around town we are kicking off our campaign in July & are excited to see what everyone does! Scan the QR code or follow the submission link to learn more.

Cincinnati, are you ready? Join us for the #HandsOffOhio Freedom Summer Kick-Off Rally as we come together to organize, connect, and build momentum for the work ahead. Every voice matters. Every action counts. www.mobilize.us/tsta/event/9... #FreedomSummer #Ohio #Cincinnati #PeoplePower
