The only person more evil than that Hag from Hell is the notorious conman Vivek Ramaswamy. The record is clear: Ramaswamy is platforming the mother who stayed married to Dr. Acton's rapist in a desperate attempt to save his nascent political career.

Vivek Ramaswamy registered as an attorney in New York and as a voter in Ohio at different addresses, which would mean he either violated New York State Bar registration laws or Ohio voter registration laws.

I’m ok. Make no mistake: this is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement. For ten years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear campaigns. This is just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation. I will not be silenced.

A judge barred Ohio political blogger D.J. Byrnes' (aka @rooster.info) #FirstAmendment defense in his trial for sending a sexually explicit Shrek image to state Sen. Jerry Cirino (R-Kirtland). Byrnes was found guilty, ordered to pay $200 plus court costs. www.axios.com/local/clevel...

So yeah, to the average person it’s probably about Shrekking a grandfather of 41 but what it’s actually about is can a powerful politician jail his longtime detractor over constitutional free speech if he has a judge and police chief he can lean on? I doubt actual victims get similar efforts.

And then you have the efforts to arrest me at the Statehouse, which Rob McColley’s chief of staff signed off on, and then Lake County calling for a favor to the Franklin County Jail to deny my bond sheet and hold me overnight, trying to make me jailed until they could spare a deputy to get me.

The prosecutor privately confessed he didn’t want to try the case but his “hands were tied” we if Cirino is God, and then you have the retired oathless judge who wanted to get back to playing golf and poker in Florida. All Italian.

Cirino, the corrupt judge who signed the warrant and wrongly attached bail to try to ensure I was extradited to Lake County then attended a Cirino fundraiser six days later, and the police chief who Cirino couldn’t even name on the stand.

Cirino also left the courtroom before the verdict because he couldn’t handle a possible not guilty verdict. Coward to the end.

It was. But it had to be waged despite having the arm tied behind out back when 1A went out the window, because I wanted average people to see how the Republican junta functions in a nationalized trial in a GOP hotbed three weeks before Election Day. And to that effect, it was mission accomplished.

clearly-not-rys.bsky.social reposted

At pretrial he said that it was for the jury to decide the 1A issue because I texted Cirino’s private line. Then in days before the trial, he tossed the 1A despite us offering stone-cold evidence Cirino used the phone to conduct wide swaths of government business! Just insane stuff.

But yeah, I’d have no problem with the conviction if I had sent some random person, and not one of the top four most powerful politicians in Ohio, a nude Shrek. But it wasn’t that. It was attached to political commentary on his downfall. And then he tampered with a witness in broad daylight!

clearly-not-rys.bsky.social reposted

And I thought the jurors would at least be able to ascertain that but the judge wouldn’t even allow them to consider the first amendment in their deliberations and they, like most sensible people, had probably had their fill on Shrek dong and wanted to go about their lives.

clearly-not-rys.bsky.social reposted

It’s still fucking insane to me the judge ruled that the First Amendment didn’t apply before the trial and that my lawyers couldn’t mount that defense. Like, what? It’s literally in the Bill of Rights I thought?

When Jon Husted voted against the release of the Epstein files, he chose to protect predators and enablers instead of fighting for survivors like Annie Farmer, Sharlene Rochard, and Wendy Pesante. I’m honored to be joined by these women in our fight to hold pedophiles and their enablers accountable.
