On Dec 3, the CEU bid farewell to friends and allies as our five-year project with the David Suzuki Institute came to a close. We reflected on lessons learned, celebrated the coalitions carrying this work forward & released resources we hope will strengthen climate advocacy for years to come.

This Ksi Lisims LNG approval is terrible news. "It's hard to believe that we're moving ahead in B.C. with climate-destroying LNG projects in the midst of a climate crisis," said Tara Marsden, sustainability director for the Gitanyow hereditary chiefs. Yup. www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...

🚨 Ksi Lisims LNG has been sent to the federal Major Projects Office. If built, it would be Canada’s second-largest LNG terminal. But concerns remain about First Nations consent, long-term economic risks, and the 33 million tonnes of climate pollution it would drive. Key coverage below (🧵)
