It's really funny how much of a 180 my mother did with me. She demanded so much from me as a child and raised me to be very competent in a lot of ways, but the instant I got diagnosed for autism as a teen she started infantilizing me and treating me as incompetent and I stopped being a person to her

Calling my partner "Mommy" is all well and good but calling her "Mom" and "Mother" hits so much harder 😵‍💫 She also makes a point to correct me when I call my biological mom "my mom", and reminds me she's just her predecessor who did a terrible job, and now my REAL mom (her) is here to fix things.

Look sweetheart, let's be honest with ourselves for a second. The whole "being girlfriends" has become nothing more than a title anymore. I change your diapers, I feed you, I keep you regressed, I make sure that potty training isn't coming back... It just doesn't feel right to be dating my kid.

I've been watching MLP with my little sister recently and omfg I wasn't expecting to like it nearly this much. It's so good! No wonder this show has an incredibly big fanbase. I'm also surprised I love Pinkie THIS much, I thought she'd be annoying but she's by far my favorite, she's so cute and fun!
