Article with further detail on the finances of TFM/"Democrats for Mike Rogers", which unsurprisingly turns out to be primarily funded by Republicans (including indirect funding from the Rogers campaign via GLCF). www.conspirator0.com/p/the-curiou...

Overall, 96.9% of the money donated thus far to TFM/"Democrats for Mike Rogers" was contributed by individuals and groups that mostly or exclusively donate to Republican candidates and causes. For a group that claims to be made up of "Democrats", there are vanishingly few Democrats in sight.

The "Dems for Mike Rogers" effort is, in part, indirectly funded by the Mike Rogers campaign itself. GLCF (Great Lakes Conservative Fund), which provided the majority of the funds spent by TFM/"Democrats for Mike Rogers" thus far, received $751,801 from Team Rogers in 2026. bsky.app/profile/cons...

TFM/"Democrats for Mike Rogers" has filed their Pre-General report with the FEC, revealing that nearly all of their funding comes from one of two right-wing Super PACs: GLCF, which has contributed $4,100,000 to date, and Moms for Safe Neighborhoods, which forked over $750,000.

Over on X, an account with the handle @DemsForMike and the display name "Democrats for Mike Rogers" was created shortly after Abdul El-Sayed won the Michigan Democratic Senate primary. A quick review reveals that the account is being amplified almost entirely by Republicans, however.

Still empty as of 45 minutes ago. If they can’t even get people there for free food and the bootleg DJ, thats hilarious

I took a little trip to downtown Pontiac this morning to check out the “Early Vote Rally” that pretend Dems are throwing for Mike Rogers today. It was empty besides the DJ and Melanie Rutherford and about 3 other people. Saw this beautiful mural tho.

Additional background on Abby Ronson: bsky.app/profile/kass...

Well, well, well. Come to find out: Republican Abby Ronson, who works on Mike Rogers campaign, also spent time in 2025 lobbying on behalf of a company that is a foreign agent of Israel. No wonder she’s so fucking racist about Detroiters. www.legistorm.com/organization...

In an interesting coincidence, Abby Ronson, whose consulting firm Convergence Media has been paid $4 million+ by the Mike Rogers campaign, is also the owner of a Google doc announcing the "Democrats for Mike Rogers" effort, and appears to be posting the same screenshots as the @DemsForMike account.

The TFM Super PAC was originally created under the name "Democrats for Mike Rogers" on August 27th, 2026; the name was subsquently changed to "Together for Michigan" and then TFM following a letter from the FEC objecting to the inclusion of a candidate's name in the Super PAC name.
