St. Louis deserves a leader who is built different. That’s why I’m running to represent Missouri’s 1st District in Congress. We need a fighter who will lower costs, protect our communities, and make life fairer. I’ll be that fighter. Join us: coribush.org

He was only 14 years old. Amer Rabee was a Palestinian-American teen from New Jersey, on vacation with his family in the West Bank. He and two other teen boys were out picking almonds when the IOF shot them.

No parent should have to endure this type of pain, an act of pure evil. Please understand YOUR US tax dollars funded this atrocity.

As we learned about Amer’s life, we visited a park built by Amer’s father in his son’s memory, complete with a playground, basketball court, and beautiful murals, as seen in the video. There must be an investigation into his killing and the injury of the other victims.

He was only 14 years old. Amer Rabee was a Palestinian-American teen from New Jersey, on vacation with his family in the West Bank. He and two other teen boys were out picking almonds when the IOF shot them.

The IOF alleges they were throwing stones, so they shot Amer 21 times- 6 of those bullets hit him after he was already down on the ground, already dead. Yes, they shot him 6 more times after he was already gone. The other two boys were injured as well in the shooting by the IOF.

We received a call about an attack and went to support the family. This is 78-year-old Mustafa, a farmer from Abu Falah in the West Bank. Invaders attacked his property at 1:15 a.m. on Sunday, 9/27. Four of his vehicles, including a tractor, were burned, and the windows of his home were busted out.

He and his wife were in danger of being attacked, but the invaders were scared off before Mustafa and his elderly wife were physically harmed. They are American citizens. This attack, like so many others that happen daily in the West Bank, was funded with your US taxpayer dollars.

He said more than 150 “settlers” attacked his property. I asked him whether that meant all the invaders in the West Bank had shown up at his home, since Netanyahu claims there are only 150 in total. Mustafa laughed because the number is actually considered to be in the thousands.

Jeff City — we’re coming. On Wednesday, September 2, we’re heading to the Missouri Supreme Court to make sure our voices are heard. Missouri voters deserve a say on the Republican-rigged congressional map. Our democracy belongs to the people, and we’re showing up to defend it.

We’ll meet at 6:45 AM and leave promptly at 7:00 AM. Sign up, grab a friend, and join us in Jeff City. We need as many people as possible standing together and making it clear: Missouri voters deserve a voice in our democracy.

Teachers spend so much of their own time, energy, and money making sure their classrooms are ready for their students. We want to help carry that load. We’re collecting school supplies specifically for teachers and we’d love your help filling their classrooms with some of the things they need most.

Stop by one of our drop-off times at 11 Paddock Hills Shopping Center in Florissant: Saturday, August 22 from 11 AM–1 PM Monday, August 24 from 11 AM–4 PM Tuesday, August 25 from 11 AM–4 PM

Everything helps, whether you bring a few packs of pencils, paper, tissues, markers, snacks, or any of the items on our list. Let’s show up for the teachers who show up for our kids every single day. Grab a few extra supplies while you’re out and drop them by this weekend or early next week.

We’re celebrating our community and you are invited! Join us Wednesday, August 26 from 5–8 PM for an evening of music, refreshments, and fun for a community appreciation party.

TOMORROW: Our volunteers have made calls, knocked doors, and connected with the people of STL to build our movement. You’ve spent months together with us in our fight to lower costs, abolish ICE, and truly invest in our communities. On Aug. 4, we’ll celebrate you as we watch the results come in.

When we went to Congress the first time, we took on Big Pharma to cap the price of insulin, took on big landlords to keep millions from being evicted, and delivered more than $80 million in disaster relief. Now, we’re going back to do even more.

When St. Louis was hurting, our Congressman stood by, and left St. Louis on an AIPAC-funded trip to Israel. When the floods came, I delivered more than $80 million for recovery. Now I’m running again to keep delivering for you.

Our movement is going back to Congress to deliver for St. Louis. But we’ve been in this fight long before we ever went to DC. On August 4th, we’ll go back, and we’ll continue to fight for everyday people, the people closest to the pain, and those who have been left behind by politics as usual.

Trump's deportation regime sent an Overland family to their deaths. MAGA Republicans tell us that ICE's invasion in our communities is meant to keep us safe. The truth is that their fascist agenda puts all of us in danger.

Nixon Giovanni Pérez Paz and Glendy Marisol González should be alive today. I’m praying for their families and everyone here in our St. Louis community who called them their neighbors.

We’ll keep their memory alive as we keep fighting to abolish ICE for good to ensure that no member of our community can have their lives threatened by state violence.

On the campaign trail, my opponent has promised to show up. Tonight, he didn’t. On August 4th, vote for the candidate who’s not afraid to answer for their record.

SUNDAY AUG 2! I’m so excited to invite our supporters to rally with special guests Melat Kiros and Nina Turner. Our amazing volunteers have done the work to get our message out across the district. Now, this is our moment to organize, mobilize, and fight for a future that puts people over profit.

THIS SUNDAY! Join Muslims for Cori and Jews for Cori for a joint canvass in University City! As the far-right tries to divide us, we know that St. Louis can only beat the billionaires backing our opponent by coming together across our shared values.

THIS WEEK! Come join us across the district as we knock doors and talk to neighbors about abolishing ICE, fighting Trump, and lowering costs for everyday people. With 15 days left, now’s the time to knock doors and send our movement back to Congress!

Thank you to Queers for Cori for talking to neighbors in Tower Grove South! Together, we'll send our movement back to Congress, and we’ll do it while standing with our queer friends and neighbors as the Trump administration and MAGA Republicans in Jefferson City attack their rights and freedoms.

TOMORROW! Join us for our Purple Reign fundraiser tomorrow evening at Opus to support our grassroots movement! We’ll spend an evening in University City with friends and supporters from across our district to send a true fighter for St. Louis back to Congress.

TOMORROW! Join us for day two of our weekend of action at our school supplies drive and brake light clinic at our campaign office. Come out and support our community before the school year starts!

Thank you to everyone who came to join us for our day of action! We rallied and canvassed all day, building our movement and talking with our neighbors about the issues facing STL.

THIS WEEKEND! Join Team Cori for a day of canvassing across the district. We’ll rally at 10 AM and launch canvasses throughout the district before our volunteer appreciation party at 6:30.

THIS SATURDAY! We’re celebrating by calling all supporters to join us for an all-hands-on-deck rally followed by a door-knocking extravaganza. At 10 AM we’ll rally at the Old Courthouse with Jamaal Bowman and other special guests, and then launch canvasses throughout the day.

Our amazing canvassers had real conversations with residents in and around Delmar to grow our people-powered, grassroots movement. Thank you to our dedicated team of volunteers who continue to show up and canvass; face-to-face outreach is how we ensure voters feel heard and seen!

Thank you to Sunrise Movement for your support while I run for Congress to confront the climate crisis, win a Green New Deal, and deliver for the people of St. Louis. I’m so excited to partner with Sunrise again as we grow our movement to win on August 4th.

Thank you to SEIU HCII for endorsing me once again as I run to return to Congress in Missouri’s 1st District. I’m proud to have healthcare workers by my side as I fight to deliver true livable wages, guaranteed healthcare, and an economy that works for all of us, not just the billionaires.

I’m so excited to announce next week’s town hall at CareSTL Health to talk with our STL healthcare heroes about Medicare for all, workers’ rights, fighting for our unions, and more! We’ll come together for a community Q&A about the issues that matter most to you this election.

Today, we remember the 8372 lives lost in the Srebrenica genocide. At the Sebilj of St. Louis, we mourned those murdered 31 years ago, keeping their memory alive to ensure that history can never repeat itself or be rewritten.

But the genocide is not ancient history. Srebrenica is in the living memory of countless families both in Bosnia and here in St. Louis who lost their brothers, sons, and fathers.

I’m proud to stand with St. Louis’ Bosnian community to commemorate thousands of Bosnian men and boys who were killed on July 11 1995, and come together to recommit ourselves to fighting against all genocides everywhere.

NEXT WEEK!: Join us for a week of activities, events, and action to celebrate Cori’s 50th birthday. We’ll host a rally at the Old Courthouse steps, a comedy telethon, a community kickback, and finish the weekend with a Purple Reign fundraiser.

Thank you Jefferson Township for an amazing discussion on the future of our district. Always a wonderful time talking with neighbors in Webster Grove about universal healthcare, fighting Trump, and ending his wars overseas.
