In case you haven't paying attention, Donald J. Trump is a: o Liar o Grifter o Con-man o Fraud o Corrupt o Racist o Malignant Narcissist o Fascist Authoritarian o Rapist & Sexual Assaulter o Insurrection Leader o Cult Leader o Draft Dodger o Tax Evader o Insider Trader o Money Launderer ...

Over the past nearly two years, we have all seen what the purest form & goals of the republican party have been: o Tax breaks for corporations & the wealthy o Cuts to government workers, departments & programs. o Dismantling of Medicaid, Medicare & Social Security.

...destroying the United States & wrecking the fabric of the world simply either lacks the knowledge/intelligence to understand the issues (ignorance) or they fully understand what's going on & are okay with it (evil).

I hope this decade, the republican party dies & stays buried as a political movement for at least the next 100 years. And all the trollish supporters/cultist followers need to crawl back into their holes and cower, like they were a few decades ago.

o Wanton spending of taxpayer dollars. o Sheer disregard for a budget, the deficit & the debt. o Open & proud corruption. o Protections for pedophiles & rapists.

At this point, I think we can suffice to say that anyone that still supports the republican party now, today does not believe in the United States, democracy, the law or other people in the country. Anyone that can support a party that is literally...

o Privatization of government. o Deep & loving embrace of fascism & authoritarianism. o Flagrant disregard for the Constitution & the rule of law. o Utter disregard & contempt towards regular people. o Abject cruelty towards immigrants, the media, perceived foes & "others".

Over the past 24 hours, I've been fighting with dems, leftists & liberals...all supposed allies, trying to explain to them that threatening to withhold votes from an anti-trans dem candidate is a means of exercising political power to get that dem to change their stance. They simply can't understand

I am so tired of fighting "allies", trying to explain to them why it's important to simply not just capitulate and cast a vote for the lesser of two evils, without even trying to fight for change. I'm honestly starting to question what my political label even is now.

I wanted to make a happy little super market scene, with lots of parking and lights, and of course, a cart return. After running into some problems with the lights (they're 3v, not 12v), I finished up yesterday. I am satisfied with how it came out. I learned a lot since my last lil project.

Imagine, in 2016, just before Trump took office, the national debt was $19.9 trillion. Today, the national debt just doubled, hitting $40 trillion. About 1/3 of that total $40 trillion was added in the one & a half terms of Trump. He's the guy "conservatives" voted in to lower the debt. Laughable.

I've been in Canada for 3 months now. There's a lot of mental & emotional healing going on. Trying to reconnect with some lost parts, and maybe discover something new. Part of that has been dabbling in creativity, mainly in the form of dioramas for our model train town. This is my first creation.

1. We’ve had a year & a half of Trump, his administration, his policies, his “leadership”. We know where the past year & a half has led this country; higher inflation, higher unemployment, higher energy prices, higher gas prices, higher food prices, higher prices for imported goods, ...

16. I don’t know what happens from here. What I do know is, that no matter what, the 2026 mid term elections is not going to magically fix everything. It’s all broken. It’s all smashed. And it’s going to take decades to repair (if it can even be repaired).

17. We are living through the fall of the United States as the world’s only superpower. And the saddest part is that we did it to ourselves.

14. - One party that outright embraces all the tenets and beliefs of Nazi Germany, but with an “American Spin” on it. - The other party that is weak-willed, milk-toast and only caring about maintaining the status quo, as it is dragged further and further to the right.

15. We, the people, deserve better. Neither major political party is worthy of our vote, because neither political party put us, the people, first. They’re too busy appeasing their big donors, or big corporations, or Israel, or outright getting rich off the grift and insider stock trading.

12. Aside from the institutional damage done by DOGE and the Trump administration, there is a pervasive lack of trust in government, and both political parties. The mask is off of both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party.

13. There is no “of the people, by the people and for the people” in their beliefs. It’s now about their power, their control, their wealth, and how they can hang onto that.

Elections going forward are simply voting for the lesser of two evils:

11. Over the past several days, I’ve seen things that lead me to believe I was wrong. No matter what happens, the United States we had 2 years ago, 10 years ago, 15 years ago…that’s all gone. There’s no going back to that.

8. Democratic Party leaders are ignoring candidates that don’t toe the hard line of party politics; unwavering, unquestioning support of Israel, support for big corporations, standing back while the Republican Party hangs itself instead of stepping up and fighting for average Americans.

9. I’ve said in the past that Election Day 2026 will be the deciding factor on how the United States continues; whether it survives with its democracy damaged but in tact, or if it jettisons the core principles of the Constitution, ...

6. One of the saddest results of this is that the Democratic Party is learning that “this is the way it needs to be”. That a political party will stand on the policies of its biggest donors, corporations & the wealthy. They are marching down the same path that the Republican Party has blazed first.

7. They are marching to the right in a vain attempt to gain cast-offs from the Republican Party & even from MAGA. And in doing so, they are abandoning their core beliefs and constituents.

4. It doesn’t matter that 34% of the population agrees with Trump’s policies. It doesn’t matter when the vast majority of the people are against the Iran war, against tariffs, against policies regarding energy, education, environment and international affairs.

2. the absolute destruction of the United States on the international stage. We’re watching the United States engage in genocide and openly committing war crimes on a daily basis.

3. And throughout the past year, the checks & balances that were supposed to hold the executive branch in check have been all but meaningless. Yes, there have been court victories on some important occasions. The response has been a shrug & a continued march into fascism & towards authoritarianism.

Does anyone else find it ironic, hypocritical and down right funny that the Secretary of Defense is enacting HRT and gender affirming care for soldiers over 30 that have low testosterone levels? Honestly, this reality is a drunken comedy writer's hallucination.

Imagine lighting your house on fire so you can heat your house without electricity, oil or natural gas. Then imagine standing outside your burning house complaining that the bedrooms caved in, your stuff was destroyed & fire is spreading to your garage. This is the US/Iran war in a nut shell.
