For my new followers, this is my blrobo, her name is Enya Lily Warden-Ernest. She is a mother, and both a truck driver and chaplain for her local militia. She lives in a small desert mining town called Tacust, and spends much of her free time worrying about work.

Her trust is dead. Can he resurrect it? This slow burn, romantic fantasy romp is filled with ghosts (some helpful, others less so) graveyards, conniving thieves, and nefarious necromancers. Available for pre-order. Out Oct. 29th. 💀 🪦 #Booksky #Wrencer 📚️ ❤️ books2read.com/u/b61YR0

They would both absolutely insist they are not gods, and implying they are might offend the real gods. But, they would both be mother goddesses, just in slightly different ways.

Please try to remember the 27th of #Octember! TODAY'S QUESTION: After meeting your character, what kind of god would a primitive alien think they could be? Dropped off in a far off place, they blundered about, and now there's little statues with their face... 1/2 #WriteSky #WritingCommunity

Maybe if I do my own writing prompt questions here, I should see if I can get people's characters to interact with each other. Just a thought from that masquerade question series, do something like that but see if I can get writers to pair their characters off with other writer's characters.

#SunsetChat Cassia is too autistic for all that noise, she is looking for a chance to go someplace quiet. She is taking her Victorian date out to the gardens and discussing the history of steam power somewhere more quiet.

#SunsetChat Q5: choose your own ending tonight! I’ll give your characters a chance to sneak away to the gardens to do whatever you describe (alone or with the stranger you met if you want 😍) Or! Describe a big collective dance scene! #QTP #WritingPrompt #PromptGame

#SunsetChat Cassia is going to approach someone for one of two reasons. 1: They look like they'd be fun to flirt with or tease, or 2: They seem to share a common interest. She picks someone in a Victorian style outfit and ask them what they know about Corliss engines or something suitably awkward.

#SunsetChat Q4: your character(s) approach a stranger, describe the person before you? What does their mask look like? What drew your eye to them specifically? #QTP #WritingPrompt #PromptGame

#SunsetChat Being the Francophile that she is, she will tell you it is spelled Hors d'oeuvres, and she will go for some Gougères, Canapés au Tapenade, or Vol-au-vent aux Champignons, all of which she will make an honest attempt at pronouncing correctly despite being chronically American.

#SunsetChat Yeah okay, I can’t spell that fancy French word. Horsedivorce or whatever. But your characters get a small appetizer delivered to them on a tray. What little munchies are they having? Anyone unsatisfied with just one and emptying the tray? #QTP #WritingPrompt #PromptGame

#SunsetChat Cassia does not know how to dance, like literally her brain does not comprehend the idea that music and movement even go together, but she does want to. She's hanging out by the punch bowl and is hoping a man is brave enough to approach a woman as big as her.

#SunsetChat Q2: your character(s) make their way to the dance floor. The live band or musicians begin to play a song. Describe the song and who among your party is dancing. #QTP #WritingPrompt #PromptGame

#SunsetChat Well I didn't plan on drawing anything today, but now I gotta draw Cassia in the Zorro fit. Dude got so mad at California taxes he decided to sword fight the government. A real hero.

#SunsetChat Q1: what’s a masquerade without the masks?? Please describe the elegant masks that your characters are slipping into this evening. They may wear anything they like but a mask is mandatory. #QTP #WritingPrompt #PromptGame

I don't even like Orinoco Flow. I think it is a bad song. It is the audio equivalent of amateurish overblended digital art. I picked the name Enya for entirely unrelated reasons.

Enya will insist that she has no fears, none whatsoever but she is actually very afraid of snow and water. In her defense, if you see lots of those in the desert, something has gone very wrong.

Tell me about your #AwesomeCharacters What is something that scares your character? Do they have any phobias? It could be something existential or something mundane. Whatever gets them anxious. #WriteSky #WritingCommunity #WritingPrompts

Cassia is afraid of wasps, spiders, and feeling useless, which is a major plot point when she is too broken and pregnant to help with the grape harvest and it drives her mad.

I dunno I think there are enough sympathetic villains right now. That's not a bad thing, but it isn't really my style. I make villains that make you question your faith in humanity and make you come away from the story wondering if the world sucks actually.

Tell me about your #AwesomeCharacters Today feels like a technical question day! What separates a character you love to hate, from one you just hate? A villain you may not feel sympathy for, but enjoy nonetheless? Which do you like to write? #WriteSky #WritingCommunity #WritingPrompts

People keep talking about "How did religion develop? What brought it into existence" Uh, the fact that gods exist, obviously. Why are we making it more complicated than it has to be?

Very flowery prose. When done poorly, it just sounds like someone is trying too hard. When done well, it is poetry on the page. But it doesn't fit the style of my own writing, my books are too Steinbeckian.

Cassia is intersex but I don't think she'd count as youth anymore at 25. Vera transitioned at 16 but she's 30 now.

I like Brazil, I see a rich culture and proud people. A future independent of meddling from nearby superpowers is the kind of bright future the people there certainly deserve.

I know we all like to give each other grief over which countries people are from on the Internet. I get that's just fun and how things are here or whatever but a lot of the countries I poke fun at the most are the ones I have the most respect for. Brazil is one of those favorites.

I really should draw Cassia's kids, since I have drawings of Enya's. She has a 5 year old named Apollo, and a 2 year old named Hermes. She's also pregnant with twins Jason and Odysseus.

I really enjoy writing mothers tbh. I think I'm gonna give Cassia a couple of kids, a 5 and a 2 year old. Look, having a 5 year old is a great way to do exposition without it being a lore dump about stuff the characters should know. They just go but why but why but why until the reader knows.

I actually stylistically say tow the line because I write stories with trucks. 😌

We acknowledge that no one has the bandwidth for this, but if it helps: -It’s ‘sleight of hand’ -It’s ‘bated breath’ -It’s ‘lo and behold’ -It's 'buck naked' -It’s ‘brass tacks’ -It’s ‘free rein’ -It’s ‘toe the line'

The only ethical thing to do with Virgil Blackridge is to open one of the doors mid flight and throw him out. Now, he will be respectful, quiet, and follow all the rules so you could ignore him, but he is also a murderer, rapist, and strike breaker so he does not deserve nice things.

Tell me about your #AwesomeCharacters Hypothetical day! You have just settled in to your seat for a 12 hour flight when the person assigned to the seat next to you arrives. It is one of your antagonists. Who is your seatmate, and how bad is this? #WriteSky #WritingCommunity #WritingPrompts

One of my favorite criticisms I ever got from a Tesla bro was "I bet you would have hated Ford too if you lived back then." Yeah. Yep. I would have. I don't like antisemites. I don't care if the model T was influential.

Just saw someone who, in their claim that Japanese hybrids are better than American hybrids, 1: Lied about the fuel economy 2: Lie about maintenance costs 3: Lie about transmission slippage 4: Show a picture of an SUV that doesn't even have a hybrid option.

Okay, I am slightly incorrect. Apparently Ford did offer a conventional hybrid Ford Explorer on the US market, but only on luxury trims. Which makes the original post even dumber BECAUSE THEY'RE COMPLAINING ABOUT MPG OF A LUXURY SUV

My fiancee still maintains that I made her boobs too big but so far the fan consensus is that her big boobs are good and that I should keep them and I am not one to disappoint the fans.
