I dare to say that graphics beyond PS3/Xbox 360 was a mistake. I keep saying it, but there really hasn't been a significant evolution from the standards set by 360 era in regards to both console utility and game design that isn't just extra gigs to the GPU.

graphics beyond the ps4 were a mistake. none of this shit is sustainable anymore. every single Big Game costs one billion dollars to make and has to make 5 billion to be profitable and it also costs $100 nobody has and also needs to have an infinite postgame and also is forgotten in a week

Already realized that when I saw the Switch 2 was $500, and it alongside the other consoles only increasing in price within mere months time rung it in. I always was behind the pack with new console launches but now I can't even be bothered to care.

Not every project has to look like Disney or Miyazaki. If you have to cut corners (animate on 3s or 4s, simplify the designs to near stick figures, use public domain music, voice all the characters yourself, etc) go ahead. Besides, anything’s better than ai.

Hex and Pent already live in one with their two single parents so that's normal for them. And Zachary lives with parents in a cabin on top of a snow mountain so he's even farther from civilization.

Actually the only main character from the Magic Triad that lives in any sort of community is Mikayla, hailing from Steenhart's capital city of Kroon Hart. She's basically a medieval apartment complex kid.
