Submissions for Grand Theft Autumn are now officially closed 🍁 Thank you to the nearly 300 developers and publishers who’ve shared their work for consideration! We’ll be reviewing submissions throughout the week, and intend on reaching out to everyone via email by October 23rd.

Paranormal Activity: Threshold was a standout experience from PAX East. It's tension and dread was the promise of a breakthrough horror from @darkstonedigital.com and @dreadxp.bsky.social. It was unfortunately cancelled. But as of today, you can experience it under a new name: Playable Archive.

I haven’t rolled credits yet (so close), but Well Dweller is an immaculate metroidvania. Somehow, some way, @kylethompsondev.bsky.social keeps on proving over and over he’s one of the best working in the scene. I know September has been and continues to be stacked, but drop everything and play it.

Well Dweller is one of 2026’s best games full stop. @kylethompsondev.bsky.social has once again proved that he is a master of the metroidvania genre. Incredible visuals, epic bosses that would make From Soft jealous, and impeccable level design make it the easiest recommendation ever.
