Vegan because the only life that belongs to me is my own. The lives of animals belong to them.
We don’t need to take another being’s life to sustain mine. Compassion means letting animals live for themselves, not for us.
Choose compassion. Choose veganism.

Kampala’s green spaces are more than just beautiful landscapes; they are essential to a healthy, sustainable city. But what does development mean if we destroy the very ecosystems that sustain us?
We need to protect our green spaces, not sacrifice them for concrete and money.
A farmer in the Sahel can contribute almost nothing to global emissions and still lose everything to drought.
Meanwhile, billions are generated from extracting and consuming fossil fuels.
Climate change isn’t only an environmental issue. It’s also a question of who bears the cost.
#ClimateActionNow
A country can increase GDP while simultaneously losing wetlands, degrading soils, exhausting forests and increasing climate vulnerability.
Economic growth is important.
But if the natural systems supporting that growth are collapsing, we should ask: Growth toward what?
#ClimateActionNow
Maybe the question isn’t whether de rich re “prepping for de apocalypse.” de bigger question is:
Why re we building a world where escaping systemic failure is easier 4 the wealthy than preventing it?
Climate action should not be about making collapse more survivable for a few.
Such places are welcome islands for biodiversity and should not be missing in any garden. Everyone can and should do something to make it easier for nature and ourselves.💚🌱🌿☘️🌲🌳🍀💚
Pearls of nature like these are essential for biodiversity and our survival. Unfortunately, some governments are still unaware that deforestation is drastically lowering water tables, leading to drought and rising temperatures, contributing to the climate crisis. 💚🌿🌱☘️🌲🌳🍀💚

Forests are not just trees.
They are climate regulators, water protectors, biodiversity vaults, and home to Indigenous peoples who have safeguarded them for generations.
Deforestation is not development.
It is self-destruction.
Protect the guardians. Protect the forests.
#SaveOurForests
A single bee visits 5,000 flowers a day. Without them, we have no food.
Pesticides are killing them.
No bees = No food = No future.
Protect pollinators.
Did you know that the dandelion seed decides for itself where it lands? Rising air also carries water molecules, from evaporation, upwards. If there is enough moisture, the seed closes its umbrella and falls to the ground if not the umbrella remains open and the seed flies on🦅🌱
The beauty of nature.

With their leaves and needles, the trees act like giant filters. One ha. of beech forest can filter around 70 tons of dust out of the air every year, a ha. of spruce forest as much as 30 tons. Forests and parks as "green lungs" are important

Remanding peaceful environmental activists to Luzira for opposing oil projects raises serious questions about civic space and the right to peaceful assembly. Environmental defenders should not be treated as criminals for demanding accountability over Uganda’s economic and environmental future.
