The decision gives the US a huge boost as they attempt to reach the World Cup quarter-finals for the first time since 2002. Balogun has been a constant threat for the US so far this tournament, and has scored three goals in three starts. Without him, US coach Mauricio Pochettino was scrambling to come up with other options in attack. Continue reading...

If this is true, it hurts soccer in the US and shows that we can't accept referee decisions, whether we agree them or not. Hopefully this gives more incentive to the other football federations to push Infantino out. It leaves a black mark on the team that will follow them the rest of their careers.

There has been a lot of criticism about how this event run and it didn't meet people's expectations but there's constructive feedback and there is trying to get clicks. The Bronx Is Reading are doing work that I wished that I had when I was a kid growing up in the Bronx.

Companies and organizations are being selective in where their money goes and nonprofits, especially those that are run by people of color or focus on diverse neighborhoods, need our support, not to be stripped down.

I wished I could have browsed through the bookstore but I don't regret it because it was just nice to sit and relax and listen to conversations about about two of my favorite things: books and reading.

I could have listened to S.A. Cosby and Kennedy Ryan all day! They were a riot and should look into doing a podcast or talk show together 😂! I also loved how they set aside a programming are for kids, something you don't see a lot of at book festivals.
