My biggest gripe with Unity game development at the moment is that if I use another app while it's building, the progress bar disappears and there's no way to have it send a notification when it's done.

What's the best way to get a wasp out of the house? I tried a vacuum with a papel towel in front but the Dyson thought it was blocked. So I just used it without the paper towel. But I regret the damage I probably did to the wasp.

The people talking about one shotting AI builds must be building some fairly generic stuff. Whenever I try to get it to fix some creative but small problem, it feels like crawling towards inevitably coding it myself.

The lift at the office announces B, C, D, or E depending on which one you've been assigned. But they all sound exactly the same! How about "D for Dazza", or "B for Brill Cream" Get an AI to just generate a silly phonetic word every time. 🀣

I built myself an Android launcher and I've been wanting to release it. It's my daily driver. I like it more than other launchers. But it's also not there yet 😭 And I can't bring myself to release it yet.

Microsoft downgraded the Game Pass unlimited plan to 15 hours and we don't like it. But is this what it would look like if companies limited unhealthy use of their products? Would we recognise it if it was?

Surround sound has always sold the idea that it creates more immersion. But it's always done the opposite. You never think "oh, the dinosaurs are around me" You think "oh, there's surround sound"

Some time ago everyone was upset that Adobe went subscription - a company that builds and maintains a complex suite of apps. Now every indie SaaS dev charges you $15/month for their small app.
