At first I was super happy with @warp.dev , but it's becoming so damn bloated all the time, feels like the team is looking for problems to solve that aren't there... too many AI nonsense. I am testing Ghostty, looks more what warp was at the beginning, simple, clean, and fast!

I have been using Hetzner for the past 5 years, what we managed to build there would have been impossible to do on AWS (even DO) coz of cost. Invest time on a proper infra setup and you will save a lot of $ without vendor lock-in. I see many people using AWS coz the "cool kids" use it. AWS/Azure/GCP
