The people "protecting children" by requiring age verification on the Internet are the same people protecting child rapist Donald J. Trump by helping to block the release of the Epstein Files. They don't care about children.

Unfortunately, Bluesky is unavailable in Mississippi right now, due to a new state law that requires age verification for all users. While intended for child safety, we think this law poses broader challenges & creates significant barriers that limit free speech & harm smaller platforms like ours.

my cat brought a friend over for dinner. A rat. She dropped it, and hilarity ensued. No, no it did not. I opened the door and upended tables and boxes to give it a clear path to freedom. Spot is still waiting to ambush it. Changing her name to Capsaicin K-Y Jelly, as she makes me want to scream.

JUST IN: A federal judge has ruled Alina Habba’s appointment as Special Attorney for the District of New Jersey is unlawful. Judge Brann: “I conclude that she is not [lawfully performing the functions and duties of U.S. Attorney].” Her actions since July 1 may be void.
