This is basically how I work with agents now and it has been the most effective I've been. First I brainstorm with it, make it do deep research etc. Once, happy I ask Claude to create a todo.

The todo lives in a .md file with ## Backlog ## Doing etc headers. I build a frontend that renders these into a nice UI kanban board

Once I'm ready for it to work, I click a "Start in Orca" button. This then creates a worktree and starts working on it. The final result is a PR I can review and merge.

Clicking the link lead me to a Twitter authentication screen. Now alarm bells started ringing in my head. Why would Calendly need access to my Twitter?? Especially on first visit.

I added the shortened URL to WhereGoes and YEP!! Almost got my Twitter phished. Super super sneaky attempt and I literally almost fell for it. Be careful out there!!

After 1.5 months of either burning season or heavy rain season we finally have a clear day. Funny how much my mood depends on blue in the sky. Instantly feeling much better.

I enjoy reading business biographies because they offer so many small ideas for my own business. If just one of these ideas works out, the book is already worth the purchase.

Figma is just so much easier to quickly get your thoughts into something tangible, and making large changes so much faster. Really been enjoying working with it again.

Everything is done async: • Asana for project management • Loom for async meetings/feedback • Discord for quick discussions • Tldraw for wireframes • Google Docs for feature collecting

I've recently started working in Figma again, instead of straight to code. It makes larger projects within our team much easier to handle. Here's how we tackle it:

1. Collect feature requirements (text or wireframe) 2. Create flow chart of screens and requirements 3. Design the UX/UI (my role currently) 4. Review and adjust all screen based on feedback 5. Code

This whole Bluesky shenanigans makes me realize I probably should start some kind of newsletter to capture followers on. Going from 135,000 to 350 followers feels very fragile.

Just realised that a feature idea I had for Landingfolio 3 years ago that required a ton of manual work can now be automated with Claude 😭 Rebuild incoming? 🤔

You are up to date.
