No one is ever going to get paid for this, lmao.

Trump: "Anybody reporting Voter Fraud in the past Elections, or the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election, will be paid $1,000,000 upon the arrest and conviction of those that created the Fraud! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP"

They pushed out fake mailers from a trans help organization, specifically to Republican mailing lists in an effort to enrage low propensity voters enough to vote for Paxton. They're pulling out every dirty trick they have.

The anti Talarico texts are getting... confusing.

156 active roster spots in the entire league. Fewer than 5% of high school players go on to play in college, and fewer than 1% of those will make it to the W. Just from a statistical standpoint, you're worried about trans-women being on a roster once every 200 seasons.

Angel Reese's ascendance since leaving Chicago and coming to Atlanta has been incredible, and I am extremely curious about what specifically enabled it.

The Atlanta Dream wore Warnock shirts to warm up in while their then-owner Kelly Loeffler was running against him. Maybe shut the fuck up.

The Atlanta Dream caters to bigots, while Balhalla runs them out of the arena. Do with that information what you will.

I think @edsbs is making a category error in framing "this is new & so I don't like it" as an irrational position. It is, formally speaking, the *rational* one. Whoever wants to change the status quo has the burden of showing what harms are inherent in it and how their plan eliminates those harms.

He wants to take a 36-hole public course with parks and nature trails and turn it into a walled-off, 18-hole, championship-level course so that he can bully the PGA Tour into holding events (of course he'll "win" the first one) and, as a happy side affect, punish DC locals who didn't vote for him.

Trump: "The Department of Interior wants to take a terrible and very unsafe golf course, and make it into a great, safe, and prestigious golf course ... They do not need an approval. Work is scheduled to begin IMMEDIATELY!"

Most selfish American generation in history has thoughts on taxes.

Politico@politico.com

“I’m old. I’ve paid my home off,” said Ray Warner, a 72-year-old Akron resident. “Why would I pay property tax?” Across the country, homeowners are asking the same question and revolting against property taxes at a scale not seen in a half century.

If they didn't have bad faith, Republicans would have no faith at all.

SCOOP: 'Tommy' from the now-viral exchange with Abdul El-Sayed is Thomas Teepell, a former staffer for Republican Senator Josh Hawley with close ties to Christian Nationalist Sean Feucht. He's the son of a former Bobby Jindal staffer whose consultant work was instrumental in getting Hawley elected.
