On average, every offense that plays this Illini defense is a top four national points/drive offense. Oregon's ineptitude is somehow a surer thing than math.

Brandon@bricktop3.bsky.social

against this illini defense too, it's almost impressive

This Oregon offensive design and gameplan is just cheeks, drive in and drive out. Start a drive picking up seven yards plus each first down a few times in boring ways, decide to roll out a weird formation with OL split wide for a -1 yard toss loss, can't claw back. Bad bad bad.

32 and 41 yard runs for Oregon when they run the ball repeatedly. U N D E R T H I N K T H I S

Davison/Hill averaging five yards per carry, Raiola at 4.7 per attempt. Let's see how this extremely easy decision plays out.

Oregon is down four of their top five WRs, had early success running... and completely abandoned the run so Raiola can miss a wide open dude downfield and fumble? Underthink this one, guys.

Oregon just can't give me a week off from having "What is this shit?" bouncing around my head as they try and bomb the ball down the field with a struggling backup QB to freshmen third string WRs on the road.

Bummed about the Dodgers, but they've won back to back. I've never disliked anything about the Brewers, so go get 'em, Milwaukee. Been to a few Brewers games, had fun at all of them, happy for the Wisconsin people in my life.

Nessler, plainly: I guess Nico is gonna run or maybe throw it here Now we're cookin', Brad

I'm not about announcers going artificially crazy, but man, Brad Nessler can't be bothered to raise his enthusiasm for any single play. It's like he's calling data entry.

Thought Dana Altman was a great coach, loved watching a bunch of his teams, felt like the modern era just kind of caught up to Oregon and he couldn't make it work. The F4 run (w/out Boucher) + the cancelled 2019-20 tourney are two big what-ifs (for the women, too, obviously), but alas, strong run.

Moore's moving arms, good to see, but man he's into an ambulance with the linebacker laughing on the sideline

Desmon Stephens just tried to decapitate a sliding Dante Moore, hope the outcome is better than it looked. Stephens laughing and hugging teammates on the sideline, good shit.

Not sure who needs to know, but the new Hermanos Gutiérrez album dropped if you want to feel like you're cruising through a southwestern desert in the middle of the night about to do something shady

No idea what the solution is, and understand how it came to be given yesterday's schedule, but it's *maybe* not great that the clear most anticipated match on the men's side of the US Open started at 11p ET? I'm squarely the target audience as a tennis dork and didn't see a second live. Not great!
