I exhibited ANABASERS at Boston Cyberarts Gallery. The photos finally arrived. CyberFrames: Extra Lives, August 3 to September 26. Photos: Iaritza Menjivar bostoncyberarts.org/cyberframes #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame #indieGameDev #ScreenshotSaturday #artgame #ue5

This is the ending of ANABASERS, so don't listen if you plan to reach it yourself. Almost four minutes of harsh sound poetry. A voice generated from recordings of my friend Kira Kirman. Loud. #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame #indieGameDev #TrailerTuesday #artgame #experimentalmusic #GameAudio
It's meant to be heard inside the game, with the image and after hours in the air. Free on itch: danyagonsales.itch.io/anabasers
8 minutes of celestial ambient from one waltz. Full version, best with headphones, put it on while you work: youtube.com/watch?v=vKY0WjdiDjs #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame #indieGameDev #ScreenshotSaturday #artgame #GameAudio #SoundDesign #ambient #drone #experimentalmusic
The trailer it came from, and the game it belongs to: danyagonsales.itch.io/anabasers
The gravity around the astronaut goes haywire, so he floats upside down half the time. I hid him so well that even I need a marker in the editor to find him. #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame #indieGameDev #TrailerTuesday #artgame #ue5 @giucapan.bsky.social
ANABASERS is free on itch, but you will have a hard time finding the astro bunny: danyagonsales.itch.io/anabasers
I took a Strauss waltz, forced it into the wrong key with autotune, then layered a drone made with PaulXStretch. The music became part of the ANABASERS trailer. Sound on. #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame #indieGameDev #ScreenshotSaturday #artgame #GameAudio #SoundDesign #ue5 @giucapan.bsky.social
I'm exhibiting ANABASERS at Boston Cyberarts Gallery, part of CyberFrames: Extra Lives, through September 26. A first-person exploration narrated by an artificial mind trying to ascend beyond itself. bostoncyberarts.org/cyberframes #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame #indieGameDev
The world is ending and he keeps dancing. #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame #indieGameDev #ScreenshotSaturday #artgame #ue5 @giucapan.bsky.social
He's one of the secrets in ANABASERS. Generated model, rigged in AccuRig, dropped into a world that doesn't deserve him. Something new is coming soon. Free on itch: danyagonsales.itch.io/anabasers
ANABASERS is a game about an artificial mind coming apart. I also hid rabbits in it. Nobody has found them all yet. Tell me if you do. Free on itch: danyagonsales.itch.io/anabasers #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame #indieGameDev #TrailerTuesday #UE5 @giucapan.bsky.social
More screenshots from the Anabasers update. I'm already deep in other projects, but I'll be swimming in the waves of this one for a long time yet, there's so much I haven't told about it. danyagonsales.itch.io/anabasers #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame #indieGameDev #ScreenshotSaturday #ue5
Did you know you can turn the whole world upside down in Anabasers? danyagonsales.itch.io/anabasers #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame #indieGameDev #TrailerTuesday #UE5 @giucapan.bsky.social

@robertwhat.bsky.social Hm, I was sure I saw your glitched Linux screenshots of Anabasers a couple of days ago, but now I can't find them. They looked beautiful, and I'd really love to save them if they're still around somewhere. And sorry for the late reply. I'm so busy these days.
I love designing interfaces. Spent the last few days drawing this controls screen for Anabasers instead of making more psychedelic landscapes. Update coming next week. Play: danyagonsales.itch.io/anabasers #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame #indieGameDev #ScreenshotSaturday #ui @giucapan.bsky.social
UE5 wasn't supposed to look like this. I've been working on an update for ANABASERS for a while now. Hoping to release it next week. Play here: danyagonsales.itch.io/anabasers #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame #indieGameDev #TrailerTuesday #UE5 @giucapan.bsky.social @amazefest.bsky.social
