Padres had four 90-win seasons before 2024. They now have seven, finishing 91-71 in Craig Stammen’s first season. Seven straight series wins to close the regular season. 41-18 since July 24 - winning 69% of their games the last two months for the second time in three years.

Craig Stammen says if home field is in play Sunday they most likely will not pitch Michael King: "It's not a guarantee when you play at home that you win the series. I think it's more of a guarantee when you have your best pitcher pitching in the playoffs. I think it's a relatively easy decision."

Another really important win. Padres are 4-1 in their last five. Especially significant because the Diamondbacks are 4-1 in their last five. All four San Diego wins have come by one run. Three of Arizona’s wins have come by one win. Wild Card race is as tight as possible.

2007: Kalispell ➡️ 2026: San Diego Just passed 19 years in TV. 🙏🏼 Made under $20k my first two years. Mailed DVDs to get my first three jobs. No Twitter/IG/TikTok. Barely had a station website. YouTube was new. Podcasts weren’t a thing. What will the next 19 years bring?
