I finally had the chance to check out Lumache with some lovely company and was surprisingly disappointed. For a place which reservation sell out in minutes once per month. This is the first time I’ve gone out in the city and had this experience.

Today marks my 30th session with my PT and I could not be happier. This has been such an amazing investment in myself and it is really starting to show.

This fall I made a promise to myself that I would cook for myself as much as possible. Which has resulted in me getting into making different slow cooker meals that have been wonderful to share with friends. 💕

The bounce back from this cold has not been quick. It took out a lot of my energy. If you are waiting for a response from me please be patient. I am still recovering.

I finally bought a big comfy couch and next up I want to upgrade my sound system. Do any audiobuffs follow me and have recs for a non intrusive (to upstairs neighbours) more immersive soundsystem? I am currently just using a small Bose speaker.
