An excellent start to the Tier 1 competition. Two last ball finishes including a tie. Amazing cameo from Amanda-Jade Wellington, though a disappointing start for Essex.

First ball of the season at Headquarters.

Happy New Year to all Blueskyers, looking forward to happy reading and posting in the new year. Particular shout out to followers of the leather and willow - an exciting year ahead.

Underway in Bloemfontein.

Just come from The Other Place and there's a whole host of people insulting the Christmas tree in Trafalgar Square. The one that is a gift to us every year from a grateful Norway. That we decorate in traditional Norwegian style. There is so much hate over there, it's extraordinary.

Any other Spurs (the London football one) fans on here? Be interested to hear your thoughts about where we are as a club. One specific question - Ange In or Ange Out?

Forecasts for the NZ/ENG series? I'm going 1-1, but obviously would love England to sneak it.

Can't help but be impressed by India. After the NZ series and being bowled out for 150 they have been magnificent. Jaiswal and Bumrah the standouts, Kohli confirming class is permanent.

For lovers of Test cricket you can turn to Sky and watch a T10 thrash. Junk food after a Michelin star meal.

Disappointed with the TNT coverage of AUS/IND. A massive series like this surely merited a studio team to provide some analysis.

Wow, what a day of Test cricket. Full credit to India. After losing to NZ and being bowled out for 150 they have come back magnificently. That Bumrah fellow is quite good isn't he!
