The corruption. The lawlessness. The attacks on our democracy. None of this is normal. But we have the power to reclaim America, beat back fascism, and restore the American Dream, one vote at a time.

Thank you to our Orange County activists for standing up and sending a clear message: We will not sit back while our democracy is under attack.

Tustin holds a special place in my heart. I was proud to serve this community in the California State Senate, and I’m looking forward to the opportunity to represent it again in Congress under Prop 50.

It’s been incredible to catch up with familiar faces, including my friend Letitia Clark who is running for Mayor, and to visit some old favorites. Tustin, I love you!

History will remember what we did at this moment. When America was on fire, we didn’t run away. We ran toward the fire. We fought to reclaim our country, defend our democracy, and restore the American Dream. That’s what’s at stake this November. And we have a chance to change the course of history.

Some highlights from Team Min over the last few days! I’m incredibly grateful for this hardworking team and their commitment to serving Orange County. Proud of this team and all that we’re accomplishing together.

The new CA-47 includes Tustin, which means I am running to represent one of my longtime favorites, Cream Pan Bakery! Was able to get a few strawberry croissants and other goodies for “the kids” (ok, mostly for me). Going to need to burn off like 1500 calories now!

Tell me you despise JD Vance without telling me you despise JD Vance... Joe Burrow is a great QB and great locker room uniter, unlike a certain dumbass QB for the Giants who appropriately and karmically is out for the year after trying to push right-wing politics into his locker room.

Election Day is just around the corner. I’m excited to join Orange County Supervisor Katrina Foley and State Senator Catherine Blakespear in Laguna Hills for a GOTV Day of Action and Rally! Hope to see you there. RSVP: mobilize.us/s/4uk7GJ

These are the same people who ruined the Reflecting Pool, started a pointless forever war in Iran, and are now allegedly using bad data to charge US citizens with voter fraud (which btw is still only 28 voters out of 23 million+). The incompetence is stunning. People should go to jail for this.

I dropped my ballot off at my local drop box — it’s easy, safe, and secure. This year, it’s really important to vote early. So cast your ballot, make your voice heard, and make sure that your friends and neighbors do too!

The American Dream is slipping out of reach for the next generation. We must do better. That’s why I’m excited to support JJ Galvez, an immigrant and community leader who is running for CA State Assembly. He gets it.

We must restore faith in our government and make people believe they can achieve their American Dream again if we want to move forward. Honored to have joined him at a recent rally in Mission Viejo (!!!)

Our beaches are more than just beautiful scenery. They’re part of who we are as Californians. From Huntington Beach to Laguna Beach, our coastline is facing growing threats from rising sea levels, coastal erosion, and offshore drilling.

That’s why I’m fighting in Congress to continue to protect our marine ecosystems, preserve our beaches, and strengthen our coastal resilience.

I had a great time in Buena Park along with Rep. Judy Chu and other local leaders like Buena Park Mayor Conor Traut and City Councilmembers Joyce Ahn and Carlos Franco for an AANHPI Day of Action to support Derek Tran’s campaign.  Less than 3 weeks until Election Day. LFG!

Bot test: The Iran War is a complete shitshow, and Pete Hegseth is the dumbest and most incompetent Secretary of Defense in history.

No sugar. No cream. Just a strong cup of get it done. I can’t be bought and I will be relentless in cleaning up Washington. CA-47, early voting has begun. I hope I can count on your vote on or before Election Day, November 3. Watch my new ad here:

The House GOP has held more hearings on transgender athletes in NCAA fencing (there's one and it's a coed sport) than on the legality of Trump's Iran War, his tariffs, or the claims he and his family are selling pardons. Every accusation is a confession.

Pretty sure most of the weirdos and beardos I know would crush Pete Hegseth in any kind of physical fitness competition.

California, ballots are officially on the way! Don’t wait until Election Day. Vote early, return your ballot, and then track it to make sure it was received and accepted. There’s too much at stake to sit this one out. Make your plan, make your voice heard, and make sure your vote counts.

Every American deserves the chance to retire with dignity and security after a lifetime of hard work. That means knowing the Social Security and Medicare you paid into will be there when you need them and never having to choose between health care and putting food on the table.

I’m proud to earn the endorsement of the Alliance for Retired Americans and to stand with millions of retirees and older Americans in the fight to protect what they’ve earned and make a secure retirement possible for every generation

Ended last week at UCI for a voter registration drive! Great to spend some time on campus and hear directly from students about the issues that matter most to them. ONE MONTH till Election Day. Make a plan to vote.

As November approaches, remember the record: -An illegal war with Iran Congress never authorized. -Prices up 3.4%. -Energy costs up 16.3%. -Gas up 27.4%. -5M+ fewer people receiving SNAP. -Tariffs estimated to cost the average household $1,100 a year.

Great morning in Irvine launching a canvass alongside Katie McEwen and Councilwoman Betty Martinez Franco. Grateful to UAW, CWA, and everyone who came out despite the heat to knock doors and connect with neighbors. THIS IS WHAT DEMOCRACY LOOKS LIKE. Just over a month to go. LFG!

Dear Pete Hegseth, Maybe you should figure out how to end your illegal war in Iran, which you are losing, before you criticize our troops? Until you took over, our military was the most lethal and effective in world history. Good job asshole. Worst SecDef ever. And a (alleged) rapist.

Hegseth: "It's worth saying again so the fake news understands it. We are no longer the woke department or the weak department. Simple translation of that -- no fatties no trannies no beardos no weirdos no wimps no radicals. Just warriors."

Still waiting on the feast Mike Johnson promised. Instead, we've been in session only 72 days this year, completing our run as the least productive Congress ever. Maybe if we actually did our jobs instead of being on recess through the elections, this "economic rocket" might actually take off?

Watching Jack Smith's testimony, one thought keeps going through my head... where the hell was Merrick Garland? Complete dereliction of duty. Garland will go down in history as a shameful footnote on "doing business as usual" at a time when our democracy was under attack.

Another great weekend in the books with Team Min, getting out across Orange County and supporting candidates up and down the ballot! 36 days till Election Day!

Trump got $3 billion richer after taking office, but yeah, we have the best poverty. Meanwhile, millions of Americans are struggling just to afford the basics. Make America affordable again, am I right?

We are now at the point where the Trump administration is openly defying court orders. If you are not paying attention, you need to do so. If your neighbors are not paying attention, you need to get them to do so. This is not a drill, and it will get worse before it gets better.

To state the obvious, the upcoming elections may be our last chance to save our democracy. Vote like your country depends on it. It does.

This is a sad rerun of North Korea's "Best of the 1990s" hits but with worse production values. Guess we know what's in store for American TV after Paramount completes its takeover of Warner Bros.

Freedom of the press is a foundational principle of our constitutional system. Trump says he is banning CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the White House because of reporting he calls “fake news.” Journalism is not a crime. Critical reporting is not a threat. The First Amendment is not negotiable.

Dear @Wharton, Please correct the mistake you made 58 years ago and rescind the degree you gave to Donald Trump. It is clear he should have failed every class you offer. Thank you for your consideration. Dave Min '99

ICYMI: House Republicans have canceled 63 out of 261 (24.1%) scheduled voting days. AI poses an existential risk to human civilization. We have an illegal Iran War that is driving up costs for Americans. And the Trump administration continues to cover up for pedophiles.

Mike Johnson’s answer? Send Congress home early. Again. He’ll keep getting paid. He still has health insurance. He has no problems paying his bills.

Wow. How many bestialists did the FBI hire? Apparently, the Trump administration has now gone from defending DOGE to defending sex with dogs.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

PATEL: The previous regulation automatically disqualified any individual who participated in either side of it KENNEDY: Either side of beastiality? So you disqualified the animal? P: Well, we have great canines, but we're not going to disqualify them K: I'm trying to understand why you did this.

And from page two of the authoritarian playbook… Trump closed out the GOP midterm convention by leading the crowd in a pledge to himself—one that included a promise to “cheat like hell.” 52 days till Election Day. GOTV. And let’s f-ing go. #NoKingsInAmerica

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Trump: "Please right your right hand. I pledge to the greatest president in the history of the United States. That loves us so much he can't even breath. That I will go out with my family, my friends, I'll do it any way - I don't care if I'm registered or not, I'm going to try to cheat like hell..."
