We've built a world where everyone is reachable and many people still feel unseen. Real connection is the slow text back, the call with no agenda, the friend who asks twice how you're doing. If someone crossed your mind today, that's your sign to message them. Go on, you won’t regret it ❤️

It's really important to pay attention to the fact that Lula beat the fascist candidate not by compromising and trying to meet fascist voters in the middle, but by sticking to his guns, promising prosecutions for election interference, and mobilising his own voters to turn out in greater numbers.

Lula winning is great for the planet, great for Brazil, and great for people who aren't revanchist assholes everywhere in the world, but let's not forget that it's also going to make some of the worst people on Earth extremely sad and mad. We should enjoy that, as a little treat.

Right, give some of the kids a longer run out next match. At least they’ll have a bit of desire and fight in them. This complacent lethargy is killing us….

Seriously think Bruno needs to be left out on Sunday. He set a shocking example after the Como match, and if I was Carrick I’d take the armband off him as well. Fuck knows who he’d give it to with that tepid bunch but he can’t be doing that. Keep it in the dressing room.

I feel like it should be a much bigger story that in early 2025 the MAGA regime requested a cybersecurity agency to secretly acquire a voting machine and hack it and directed them to not alert the voting machine company if it uncovered flaws. That’s called setting up for rigging an election.

They should all be made to travel home in economy with our fans who’ve paid £hundreds to travel to see this shameful capitulation. Learn some fucking humility and respect. Or offer to pay for the fans expenses out of their own pockets.

Come at me as much as you want but Bruno is not a captain. Certainly not on the pitch. Having a sulk and a whinge when things aren’t going well is not leadership. And my god we need someone out there with a fucking spine and some fight who can drive the team onward. We’re just clueless.

Been reflecting on Lichas comments. Mixed feelings about him opening up like that for a few reasons. Mainly, I’m not sure of his motive. Is it to try to force some change or is it because he wants that move to Barca? I’m sick of the soap opera that’s been going on for over a decade…

Bruno needs to be rested at Leeds. If he’s not fit, we’re going to fuck him for the rest of the season if we don’t let him heal properly. Give Mount a run out. Tielemans has to be benched, Zirkzee needs to go. Baleba the highlight tonight, high hopes for him and Mainoo as a pairing.

Something’s defo off with Bruno. He’s lost a yard, his usual impeccable vision and touches are a bit off. I know we expect miracles from him but he’s verging on Amorim era form levels again…

I don’t feel robbed of the three points I feel lucky we got 1 after that dismal performance. Confidence is so fragile, no one driving them on the pitch (sorry Bruno but you just don’t) and the lack of movement is just an embarrassment for a United side. Poor substitutions didn’t help. Again.

So the focus on tiki-taka passing in training seems to have had the unintended consequence of making the difference layers feel like they don’t have to run very much all game. Thank god spurs have an even bigger finishing problem in gen we do…..

Looks like United have set out their stall early. That stall being the really shit car boot stall, where the person is selling really overpriced, tacky stuff and really can’t be arsed making the customers happy…..
