Thank you everyone for all the kind birthday wishes! I had a great day!

Today’s my birthday! Hyacinth got me a present! (I actually did have blueberry yogurt for breakfast this morning.) #art #furryart #skunk

When I can find the time, I should really consider creating model sheets for my characters. The only one I have is for Della, and I drew that some time ago. Maybe this could be a 2027 goal?

Here are the three variations of my sona. The main one is still the skunk (which happens to be my favorite), but I also like the mouse and fox ones! #art #furryart #skunk #mouse #fox

In the past, I’ve drawn myself as a skunk and as a mouse. Now it’s time for me to draw myself as a fox! #art #furryart #fox

Hyacinth and Sal: Work on Halloween #art #furryart #comic #webcomic #skunk #fox

I’m currently working on the next comic, and I realized that Jenny and Lena are kind of the adult versions of Hyacinth and Sal. Even when my two main characters aren’t in a strip, they find their way in there somehow. 🦨🦨

It has occurred to me after I finished yesterday’s drawing that I draw characters waving hi a lot They’re very sociable

Something I drew earlier today. I’m really pleased with how this turned out! #art #furryart #skunk

I just realized that since it’s the last day of the month, Skunktember’s almost over. :( But believe me, I’ll still be drawing skunks in October and beyond.

Natasha is happy about something. Wait… Natasha… HAPPY?! I don’t know whether to be relieved or concerned. #art #furryart #cat

Hyacinth and Sal! Characters by @davidfruner.bsky.social. Hyacinth likes blueberry yogurt, and Sal likes reading. What else can I say? #cartoon #digitalart #anthro #art #notmyoc #skunk

One of my favorite parts about making a webcomic for years is seeing how my art and writing have evolved over time! It’s so rewarding!

Here’s Tara! She’s currently hoping her kiddos aren’t getting into any trouble. With Sal, she generally doesn’t have to worry. Hyacinth, on the other hand… #art #furryart #skunk

Happy birthday, Erin Sophia Trevelyan! Sketch for @foxx278.bsky.social!

Heck yeah it’s Skunktember now LET’S GO!!!!

Hyacinth sketch! I’m thinking about doing more sketches like this for the time being. They’re very relaxing. #art #furryart #skunk #sketch

Sometimes I try to determine who my favorite Hyacinth and Sal character is, and I can never find an answer I’m confident in. I like all my characters, even the underused ones! I will say that I’ve had a lot of fun drawing Della this month. I think I like mice almost as much as I like skunks!

Another skunk plush for my collection 🦨

It’s the Hazelton family! Wesley, Tara, Hyacinth, and Sal! I believe this is the first time I’ve drawn them all together outside of a comic. #art #furryart #skunk

Naming my webcomic “Hyacinth and Sal” was probably a bold choice considering how often I take detours to focus on other characters these days.
