Not sure who even sees this or if it disappears into the ether, but here's a photo from North Dakota last week and I was impressed by the big sky.

Yeah the Ocarina remake looks good. I don't think I'll get a switch 2 for it like I did for BotW. I think I might be done with consoles. Who knows.

This is amazing! SimCopter had a great soundtrack by Jerry Martin but the game’s files were highly compressed. So LucasVB got in touch with Mr. Martin and he was able to find most of the original high quality tracks! Awesome to hear “Hangar” in such clarity after 30 years archive.org/details/SimC...

On this trip I've been visiting the local half price books looking for a few grails. Lots of variety- wish I could bring them all back with me. I'm limiting myself to paperbacks only.

Introduced my 6 year old to Pee-wee's playhouse. He was not prepared for the intensity of wacky stuff in that show. I laughed because I used to watch it all the time. There's so much packed into that show.

Catching up on the D&D news from GENCON and... I'm intrigued. The return of a gritty and mature Dark Sun along with Luke Gygax heading up Greyhawk is really cool. 3rd-party publishers in charge of major campaign settings? Wow. That's cool. Dragonlance! Let's see what happens!

Their row of Pac Mans (Pac Men?)... Pacs Man was representative of the series. They're missing Baby Pac Man and a few other rare ones? They have Mr and Mrs Pacman in the pinball row.

Another round at Funspot. They probably have a tired and overworked tech keeping all these games alive. It's gotta be never ending...

If anything's missing from Funspot, there's definitely a lack of Capcom fighting games. But everything else is mostly represented. They have niche games and auper rare stuff.

Funspot has some new games in their rows and more new pinball downstairs. Sadly some games are in need of maintenance. Bummed out about Star Trek being down.

I'm back at Funspot in Laconia, NH. Incredible to see a working Computer Space right next to another Computer Space in a little exhibit. So rare!

Not sure what to do with bluesky. I could post more photos here or links to things I make but I don't think it really reaches anyone with interest. It's like I'm throwing it all into a black hole.

I regret to inform you that the Kacho will be pontificating this month on a Game Center CX livestream whether or not it is time to expand the scope of retro gaming to include the PlayStation…3. And Nintendo Wii.

Lol at all the folks talking about GCCX possibly playing Wii and PS3 games. It's incredible that we have a retro gaming show with such longevity that it has survived since the early 2000s.

RIP Bobby Prince. His music legacy will live on, making inspired music for Commander Keen, Wolfenstein 3D, DOOM, countless others. A true legend. And such a nice man, great musician, wonderful, fun-loving man, nothing but happy memories of him. A loss to the world.

Still watching a long Mtv compilation and suddenly realizing all the music videos from the 90s were made by the same five directors. That's why they all look the same.
