The Diplomat is fucking fantastic

What two cards would be your first picks from this reality Fracture draft? I ended up taking the white Liliana and the wg creature. Was pretty satisfied with my deck. Ended up going undefeated and winning the draft. These days I just can’t justify the time for in-person drafts & play mostly online

Binge watching The Diplomat. Forgot how much I love both the lead actors Keri Russell and Rufus Sewell Now I need to rewatch Dark City and The Americans

As we head towards midterms, I implore you to notice which “influencers” you follow that never post about politics because they’re more concerned about making money than standing up for their values and helping society become a better place.

Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it

Public reminder that @bsky.app doesn’t let you talk about the Epstein Files. They unbanned my account but are hiding it as “spam” @moderation.bsky.app

They won’t even let me request to fix my account @bsky.app @moderation.bsky.app

Last time I checked presidents are supposed to defend our country, not invite nuclear attacks on it.

Why doesn't the Republican Party want you to read I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings by Maya Angelou and banned it from school libraries?

This explains EVERYTHING

Did anybody else play Star Wars Young Jedi? I had a booster box of the first set as a kid. Is it worth tracking down the expansions?

My new office is finally starting to come together! I just need a table to put next to my desk and overhead camera setup so we can stream boardgames

Auto include in every commander deck? Great with blink effects

Honorable mentions

Today is the only day you can share this

Nine games that helped to shape who I am

Achievement unlocked: Left the house

I hope these Pokemon scalpers stay out of Magic: The Gathering But also jealous Pokemon got better anniversary stuff than Magic’s overpriced $1,000 fake booster packs

Drafting with Dave: The Hobbit www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNgr...

Sad to hear about Rose Friedman, NPR's culture editor FUCK CANCER

The First Amendment says: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Who did this?!?!?

A useful guide

This isn’t broken at all

Hard to believe it’s been 25 years. Where were you when the North Tower was hit? #September11

It’s hard to believe that there are people who’ve been born and graduated college who weren’t even alive when September 11th happened #neverforget

“Thermal picture of Trump shitting his pants”

Important reminder:

33 years ago today The X Files made its debut on tv & it forever changed my life ❤️

We could be watching the X Files together right now

Remember when WotC got Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 gamers into local games stores with free booster packs and sample decks?

Many Magic: The Gathering players ask the question: Is Donald Trump dead yet?

My season rankings How did you do?

When did these cards get so expensive? They’re for trade if you need any of them. Putting them in my gaming booth at the Rhode Island Antiques Mall later this week otherwise.

Got there last minute with this hobbit deck

Peter Cullen too? 😢 “I am Optimus Prime, and I send this message to any surviving Autobots taking refuge among the stars. We are here. We are waiting.”
