Are you frigging kidding me? Medicaid activists bound to wheelchairs have been arrested for staging a sit in at the Russel Senate Office building. These people’s live literally depend on Medicaid that Senate Republicans want to cut. #WeWontGetOverLosingMedicaid Unbelievable‼️‼️

I just realized those would be great passwords to keep out gestapo eyes …

Psst, Had to join a secret society in these trumpian times. Have code words like "please" & "thank you." Look after each other. Known by many names, but we like "civilization." Still taking members but keep it on the hush-hush.

Freeland: "If these tariffs are put in place, it is going to hurt Americans ... your grocery prices are gonna go up, bc you know what you need to grow food in the US? You need fertilizer. 80% of it comes from Canada and you're gonna be a 25% tax on it? ... the WSJ is right. This is dumb."

We can work around degenerate Trump. Please, everyone, promote the Ukrainian donation site - all donations go directly to the Ukrainian treasury to fight the Russians and rebuild Ukraine. Imagine if 10 million people around the world donated $100/month. (= $1 Billiom/month) u24.gov.ua

It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office. Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc. Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.

DOGE staffer Edward “Big Balls” Coristine is the grandson of Valery Martynov - a “former” KGB spy. That’s right, one of Elon Musk’s young cyber criminals — related to a former KGB spy, and who seemingly did not have to undergo a background check — now has unprecedented access to…

Yo #billsmafia reporters did you see this?

I was already having a bad day, but seeing the Buffalo Bills on this list has put it straight into the shitter. I wonder if there is anyone who can reach out to the organization and learn more...

Where are the ceos of United, AA, delta, southwest, JetBlue? Can they step up and say stop effing with the FAA?? These crashes — I’m running out of fingers and toys to keep track— are scaring the eff out of the public. That can’t be a good business strategy. Someone show some balls.

The United States Military Academy has just eliminated all Cadet clubs and activities for POC. Most of these have existed for decades like the Society of Black Engineers. They were there when I was a Cadet in 1987. All of the religious ones remain. This isn’t DEI. It’s white Christian Nationalism.

I wrote Andy Kim this am to ask that he do exactly this. No idea if there is a connection but am thrilled!!

Charlotte Clymer@charlotteclymer.bsky.social

Senator Andy Kim just went to the USAID building, talked to the security guard there to confirm employees are being barred entry, and then did a press gaggle right there in front to call it out. This is doing something. This is making an effort on messaging. Other Democratic lawmakers: take notes.

In 1886 these women posed for a picture at the Knights of Labor (KoL) Assembly. They were but 8 of the 50,000 female members fighting for workplace reform. Conditions were horrific. Notice their hands on the baby’s head. A symbol of wanting a better future for the children of this nation. 🧵1/

The person to the left of the baby, Mary Anderson, just a teen herself, was a domestic worker. She would go on to be a director at the U.S. Dept of Labor - a position she would hold for a quarter century. 2/

Leonora Kearney Barry - back row center, was a national leader who surfaced these harsh conditions. The KoL was instrumental in attaining workplace safety, child labor laws, and exposing harsh working conditions. #workplacereform #labormovement #WomenHistory #LeonoraBarry

Is @wyden.senate.gov the only one awake? The rest of the senates — Rs and Ds need to be held accountable.

NEW: Sources tell my office that Treasury Secretary Bessent has granted DOGE *full* access to this system. Social Security and Medicare benefits, grants, payments to government contractors, including those that compete directly with Musk's own companies. All of it.
