Renalytix #RENX Share Price 5.6p (-5.8%) FY26 results: revenue flat at $3m, commercial test revenue down, losses persist. Quest offers growth potential, but profit per test remains unclear. Cash burn increases the risk of another placing in 2027. Testing volumes must ramp up quickly! Watch4Now!

BRCK #BRCK Share Price 43.86p (-10.5%) Cavendish cuts FY27 EPS to 6.6p (from 8.2p). BRCK guides adj EBITDA c£45m. Net debt forecast to rise from £60.5m to £85.8m, including the Jacksons deal. Divi 3.6p vs 6.6p EPS UK housebuilding recovery still uncertain. Operational gearing works both ways!

Fool me once, shame on Hunting. Fool me twice... Hunting #HTG Share Price: 377p (-11%) FY26 EBITDA guidance cut again, to $128-133m from $138-141m in August. Middle East conflict and slower Electronics and Dearborn units cited. Next update 19 Jan 2027. SP recent rise fooled. No position.

Georgia Capital #CGEO Share Price 4,350p (+3.3%) Encouraging 9M results: NAV/share +28.6%. Portfolio values rose across banking, pharmacy, healthcare & insurance. Net cash strengthened; buyback extended. Private-asset exit liquidity remains the key risk. A Core Long Term Holding.

Uber #UBER Share Price $66.14 Another top up. Building LT position. On November 4th, 2026 3rd Qtr Results Due Uber guiding Adj EPS $0.84–$0.88. Ideally $0.90 or better. StoneCo $STNE Share Price $8.20 (-1.5%) Reckon the fall in the share price from $11.48 overdone. Bought as a trade for now.

Shoe Zone #SHOE Share Price 69.7p (-5.8%) Headwinds: weak demand, slow start, rising costs, weaker £/$; margins at risk. Tailwinds: £15.1m cash, store cuts. But lower stock/capex boosted cash; warehouse clearance won't recur. Zeus FY27 EPS(f) 1.7p = 33 P/E Optimistic? Hmm.. Best to wait 6 months

Self Note: Avoid, flashy stories being pumped! Better to follow a mgmt team steadily building a moat. 🏰 Choose clean accounts and a 5–10 year roadmap over PR hype.💡 Judge an investment on what's genuinely achievable, rather than on a rosy picture of what might be acheived. A reminder lesson.

👞 Shoe Zone #SHOE Share Price 74p (pre-open) A tough FY26 Revenue fell 4.5% to £142.4m Adj £1m loss vs £2.4m profit last year. Product margin up to 63.1%. Net cash rose to £15.1m. But autumn/winter trading slower than expected. Cash cushion helps—but where’s the recovery? Worrying '27 outlook!

UBER $UBER Share Price $66.25 Restarting a new position with Uber's strong growth and cash generation. Shares have taken a hit amid Instacart sale speculation and competition from DoorDash. I’m betting on the core business—not a takeover. The risk? Management overpaying for growth.

Yes, bought more Nu Holdings $NU at $11.75. Also, treated myself to another slice of Dlocal $DLO, partly affected by its Brazil exposure. Watching carefully. Letting a short time pass before buying MercadoLibre $MELI ~$1588 $UBER UBER @66.30 is also on my radar for a new position. A Busy Day.

🇧🇷 Brazilian stocks are sliding amid election uncertainty, with the Real down 8.8% against the US dollar. Panic or opportunity as trading opens? Nu Holdings $NU always interested me, but plenty of other Brazilian stocks may now offer better value and sufficient margin of safety. Buying others also!

Nu Holdings $NU $15.16 Friday's close. Pre-market: ~$11.65, down 24.5%. Why the fall? Brazil's election result surprised markets, raising concerns over fiscal policy, interest rates and the real. Political overreaction or buying opportunity? Credit risk remains key. Will comfort myself by adding.

Nu Holdings $NU Pre-Open $11.62 (-23.4%) Let the initial shock settle before the US open. Watch for signs of stabilisation or recovery. Be brave. Buy today's dip? ⚠️ This could be a falling knife. More downside is possible, and I could get this badly wrong. I'm prepared to take that risk.

A busy Thursday! A few of today's companies with RNSs out this morning. Prices are shown in European Time. Subtract one hour for UK. I'm interested in Secure Trust Fund. A long term holding for me, regardless

IG Group #IGG Share Price: 928p (-0.9%) Added more shares to my core position. I'm a believer! Hoping tomorrow’s Strategy Update clears the clouds and sharpens the longer-term growth outlook. 🕑 2–4pm UK time — watch via webcast through IG Group Investor Relations. Looking forward to the update.🤞

Sigmaroc #SRC Share Price 118.5p (-4.3%) A Core Holding Q3 TU. Growing profits and expanding margins despite a difficult market, before any meaningful recovery in European construction. Delivering operational improvements. AB Dolomitas: attractive acquisition Delivering improvements! A Hold.

SigmaRoc #SRC Share Price 117.4p (-5.1%) Results read well, but the lack of a forecast upgrade may've disappointed. Enjoying taking 5% discount on offer and added P/E alone may undervalue SRC’s potential. When European construction recovers, SP will jump sharply. Time to build my core position.

Ashtead Technology #AT. Share Price 518p (-1.7%) Bargain or Value Trap? Ember's 4th approach values the shares at 615p in cash. Yet the price has slipped Deadline 21 Oct, 5pm. Is the gap to 615p an opportunity—or does the market fear the bid may fail? What would SP be worth if Ember walked away?

Self Note: Ever notice how podcasters can suddenly pitch the same stock after months of silence? Once a few voices repeat a story, it quickly becomes accepted wisdom. But when the noise peaks, the hype phase fades quickly. Real Research or just Copycat Chatter? Hmm...

Softcat plc #SCT Share Price 1780p (-7.5%) Market knocked SP down despite stellar FY results. Gross Profit up 24.7% to £616.3m and operating profit up 19.4% to £215.1m with a 7.5% dividend hike. Classic short-term market noise while the underlying engine keeps compounding! A decent Buying oppo!

Softcat #SCT Share Price 1,780p (-7.5%) Great FY26 figures, but why the dip? Besides placement flipping & share overhang, the market is pricing in US execution risk with $1.05B GDT deal. Shift from pure organic UK compounder to cross-border integrator naturally commands a short-term discount!

Softcat #SCT Share Price 1720p (-10.5%) Bought into late weakness as others panic over transfer risk from the US deal. Softcat is no longer a pure UK play, but the fundamental engine remains rock solid! Concerns do seem priced in. Of late, I'm not so certain.

Cerillion #CER What!!! l Scurry fast for any RNSs missed! None that were relevant to be seen. Logged onto my broker to get a quote price. Thankfully, all seemed normal. Bid/Offer 680p/700p. A frightening few moments. Any similar stories anyone?

discoverIE #DSCV Share Price 894p (+1.6%) [Another quiet masterclass in execution.] FY earnings upgraded, Q2 orders up 15%, and a solid 1.08x book-to-bill. When specialized industrial tech keeps compounding without missing a beat, you can sit back and let Nos speak for themselves..📈⚡ No Position

Audioboom #BOOM Share Price 485p (pre-open) Q3 Trading Update: • Revenue: $23.8M (+17%) • Adj. EBITDA: $2.2M (+89%), beating expectations • FY Guidance UPGRADED: EBITDA at least $7.7M High operational gearing & strong liquidity for M&A. Strong beat & raise trajectory. A Buy.

James Halstead #JHD Share Price: 128p (pre-open) FY26: PBT £48.2m, Rev £259.9m. Headwinds hit profits, but operating cash surged to £49.1m & cash reserves reached £75.7m. Delivered a milestone 50th consecutive dividend hike (8.95p). Defensive compounder & quality income core. No Position

ActiveOps #AOM Share Price: 120p (-46%) H1 revenue +21%, organic SaaS revenue +19% and organic ARR +14%. £19.6m cash, no debt. But a £3.8m ARR customer departure and weaker new business mean FY28 expectations are significantly reduced. Bargain or value trap? No Position. In no hurry either.

UBER $UBER Share Price: $71.71 (+2%) Capturing a short-term rally. Sold the recent jump in SP to buy back later. On Oct 6th, Uber agreed to buy ezCater ($2.3bn cash) to expand Uber Eats into corporate catering. But rising Treasury yields pressure growth valuations, so I'm reassessing risk/reward.

IG Group #IGG Share Price 943p (-1.8%) Pre-scheduled meeting Oct 8th Underdog is performing very well, with Q4 set to be its strongest qtr, coming close or just shy of target Market assumes IG hugely overpaid, but long term Underdog could become the bigger half A Core Holding getting bigger!

Pennon #PNN: Share Price 357p (-21%) The revised plan targets >40% RCV growth to 2030 — not a guaranteed 40% shareholder return. A bigger regulated asset base can support higher earnings/dividends, while any share-price re-rating adds upside. Key is whether execution delivers.

Pennon #PNN Share Price 357p (-21%) Pennon is raising £550m through a 7-for-15 rights issue at 250p. The full-year dividend is being cut by ~30%, to about 18p/share. That gives a circa 5% yield at 357p. This follows last year’s £491m raise. Not my usual area. Peers are valued higher. Hmm...

Celebrus Tech #CLBS Share Price: 57p (-40.3%) The key is the new VP-Global Services must standardise implementation, cut no. of hours and people required Hence, can lower CAC and unlock much more ARR & profit. If so, the sales proposition becomes easier and more repeatable

Celebrus Tech #CLBS Share Price 57p (-40%) 95% software gross margin is fabulous, but FY26 software revenue was ~$20.3m against $21.2m of operating expenses, producing a $1.83m operating loss Great gross margin — but almost none of it drops through. Economics that must change!

Celebrus Technology #CLBS Share Price 75p (-21%) Bought a small stake today after the profit warning. The fall in SP maybe an overreaction. ARR fell 2% and execution remains an issue. But CLBS has $22.3m cash, no debt and high-margin recurring software. Interesting risk/reward. For a Trade Only

Celebrus Tech #CLBS Share Price 61p (-35%) Market is focused on the future losses and a future cash burn. I wasn't. Thought better to rely on the cash levels and I considered this a business stuffed with cash and plenty of time to turn the business around. Hmm... we will see!

Celebrus Tech #CLBS Share Price 58.5p (-39%) Surely, a bottom is close. Just in case, made another purchase. Certainly, it helps with my averaging down since this morning. What's missing is confidence in the management and the sales team. Who to blame? What will change?

Celebrus Technology #CLBS Share Price 75p (-21%) Bought a small stake today after the profit warning. The fall in SP maybe an overreaction. ARR fell 2% and execution remains an issue. But CLBS has $22.3m cash, no debt and high-margin recurring software. Interesting risk/reward. For a Trade Only

Celebrus Technologies #CLBS Share Price 67.8p(-29%) Less than 30 minutes after the market opens, I find myself adding a few more shares. Reaction to poor or bad news getting worse.

Nu Holdings $NU Share Price $14.84 (+10.5%) (pre-market) Pleased to see the SP recovery continuing. Move today looks very tied to Brazil's election first round. Markets reading a possible runoff win for Bolsonaro as business-friendly. Just watching the read-through. A Core Holding.

IG Group #IGG Share price 980p (-1%) Doubled my position since RNS! Yes, Q4 is guesswork. Q3 OTC retention fell to ~70% (~80% avg), and that's the swing factor. Underdog is growing well! Maybe, just short of the founders' payout targets, but that's fine for IG holders. Watch 8 and 22 Oct.

IG Group #IGG Share Price £9.86 (-22.6%) 70% OTC retention shock! But Underdog is quietly doing something rather different: Q3 revenue ~$105m, >100% YoY. And Q4 is seasonally the big quarter — >⅓ of 2025 revenue came then. The 8 Oct presentation really matters! I've kept adding. DYOR

IG Group #IGG Share Price 1007p (-21%) I'd looking for answers, not reassurance. As management says OTC retention will improve over the medium to long term, but... Tell me: — Why did it fall to 70%? — When does it normalise and where? — What does that mean for earnings beyond 2026? And ......

IG Group #IGG Share Price: 1,269p (pre-open) Q3 looks ugly: Revenue ~£240m, -14%, as OTC revenue retention fell to ~70%. But customer income rose 8%, first trades +25% and active customers +17%. Underdog revenue >$105m, +100%+. I'll treat Q3 as a blip. Buying any dip ~1200p. A Core Holding.

IG Group #IGG Share Price 933p (-27%) Possibly foolishly, I’m averaging down with enthusiasm. Revenue growth guidance was cut to mid-single digits. But, customer numbers remain strong, Underdog is flying and the balance sheet is solid. I’m betting 70% retention isn’t the new normal.

IG Group #IGG Will host a virtual seminar on Underdog for institutional investors and analysts on 8 Oct 2026. Further detail coming on Q3 2026 trading on 22 Oct 2026, ahead of its strategy update that day. Not a broken business. But, a broken near-term earnings expectation! A Rough Day, Today!

Nu Holdings $NU Share Price: $12.66 (+2.5%) Monday: "Oh no — NU might spend billions buying Monzo." Then Wednesday after hours: "No, we're not pursuing it." Share price recovering (in after hours) much of Monday's 10% fall. Relief rally unlocked! After Hours SP is $13.44 Expect SP to go higher

Toast $TOST Share Price; $29.41 (-3.5%) Chart might look like a falling knife, but looking past short-term price weakness, the fundamentals are hungry for growth: 📈 +22% Location Growth 📈 +25% ARR 📈 +28% Recurring GP Fair value for a future compounder. I'm topping up! 🍽️

Can't keep buying more UK companies without selling or reducing some others. Sold, Eleco, Ashtead Tech, DCC, Breedon, Aberdeen, Trainline, Brickability....

Everplay #EVPL Share Price 423.5p (pre-open) Today’s RNS confirms the gaming boom is real: Wardogs ~3m copies in Early Access, Vietnam >1m Market already knew! Question is whether exceptional launch sales become a higher, durable earnings base I'm Watching, Not Chasing!
